摘要:模具是一種技術密集、資金密集型產品,在我國國民經濟中的地位也非常重要。模具工業(yè)已被我國正式確定為基礎產業(yè),被稱為“工業(yè)之母”。75%的粗加工工業(yè)產品零件、50%的精加工零件由模具成型,絕大部分塑料制品也由模具成型。如此我選擇了水杯注塑模具設計作為本次畢業(yè)設計的題目,以下是設計的主要的內容: (1) 介紹了塑料模具發(fā)展的現狀和發(fā)展趨勢,闡述了塑料模具是現代社會經濟發(fā)展不可缺少的和模具生產技術水平的高低是衡量一個國家產品制品水平高低的重要標志之一。 (2) 展示了塑件的3D建模圖形;分析了塑件的工藝性,主要是根據塑件材料確定了收縮率和脫模斜度,對塑件結構分析確定了壁厚和精度。 (3) 介紹了本設計注塑成型工藝條件;用Proe造型軟件模型分析功能對塑件進行了質量屬性的分析,通過塑件的質量屬性初步選擇了注塑機G54-S200/400,對此注塑機介紹了規(guī)格和性能。 (4) 主要介紹了模具結構的設計。首先對模具方案的論證,型腔數目的以及排列形式、分型面的確定;其次詳細的介紹了澆注系統(tǒng)的設計,其中包括了主流道、分流道澆口的設計,然后對排氣機構、冷料穴和拉料桿的設計,詳細對零部件的尺寸進行了計算;最后介紹了推出機構和溫度調節(jié)系統(tǒng)的設計,在這里設計推出機構時,遇到一個重要的問題:由于杯子特殊形狀,不能直接脫模,所以增加了側面分型機構,這樣就增加了抽芯距和脫模力等的計算和設計,最主要的是斜導柱的設計和計算,這也是本設計的一個難點。 (5) 是對注塑機的一些參數的校核和標準模架的選擇,這里校核了最大注塑量、鎖模力、開模行程。最后對一些零件圖和裝備圖的繪制。 最后是對本設計的總結。主要對設計過程回顧,以及本設計的創(chuàng)新和不足之處的總結。 關鍵字:水杯;注塑模;側面分型

(4) Mainly introduces the design of die structure.
