摘要：針對(duì)目前實(shí)習(xí)教師在課堂教學(xué)當(dāng)中存在的問(wèn)題及劣勢(shì)，本文介紹了一種有效且能快速提高實(shí)習(xí)教師教育水平的方法——課堂觀察。課堂觀察就是通過(guò)對(duì)課堂運(yùn)行過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的狀況進(jìn)行記錄、分析和研究，并在此基礎(chǔ)上尋求學(xué)生課堂學(xué)習(xí)的改善、促進(jìn)教師發(fā)展的專(zhuān)業(yè)活動(dòng)。將課堂觀察運(yùn)用到實(shí)習(xí)教師當(dāng)中，可以快速地、正確地、有效地引領(lǐng)實(shí)習(xí)教師的成長(zhǎng)，使其能夠短時(shí)間內(nèi)了解學(xué)生狀況、適應(yīng)教學(xué)生活，從而提高教育質(zhì)量。課堂觀察是一個(gè)集體的教研活動(dòng)，需要其他老師的配合，并不是可以獨(dú)自完成的。實(shí)習(xí)教師需要參與到這個(gè)集體活動(dòng)中，通過(guò)聽(tīng)課、記錄、分析以及交流討論來(lái)迅速提高自己教學(xué)水平。 關(guān)鍵詞： 實(shí)習(xí)教師 課堂觀察 有效性
