摘 要 從起源到發(fā)展“三人制”籃球賽歷經(jīng)了百余年的演變，已深入到人們的娛樂(lè)文化生活之中。在高校中，很多學(xué)生熱衷于籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)并將“三人制”籃球項(xiàng)目作為自己體育鍛煉的手段，“三人制”籃球賽把打球、娛樂(lè)、健身和游戲融為一體，迎合了大學(xué)生活躍好動(dòng)、積極創(chuàng)新的心理。論文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、邏輯分析法從大學(xué)生開(kāi)展“三人制”籃球的有利因素、“三人制”籃球的特點(diǎn)和 “三人制”籃球的價(jià)值對(duì)“三人制”籃球在大學(xué)生中開(kāi)展的價(jià)值進(jìn)行了闡述、分析。通過(guò)分析突顯出大學(xué)生開(kāi)展“三人制”籃球具有的價(jià)值。大學(xué)生開(kāi)展“三人制”籃球可以促進(jìn)人體的力量、速度、耐力、彈跳、靈敏等身體素質(zhì)的發(fā)展，有效地增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)、促進(jìn)健康，對(duì)青少年學(xué)生的身體發(fā)育有著很好的促進(jìn)作用；可以豐富學(xué)生的課余文化生活，極大地滿(mǎn)足學(xué)生對(duì)競(jìng)賽的情感體驗(yàn)；可以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的體育鍛煉的意識(shí)與習(xí)慣，從而樹(shù)立終身體育觀(guān)，并為高校的大學(xué)生實(shí)現(xiàn)終身體育提供了手段。推動(dòng)了籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)在高校中的普及。 關(guān)鍵詞：“三人制”籃球比賽；大學(xué)生；價(jià)值
