[摘要] 當(dāng)前,高效課堂已逐漸深入教師的教學(xué)理念中,而理答是提高課堂效率的重要因素之一。反思當(dāng)今小學(xué)語文課堂理答,簡單地肯定與否定、表揚與批評、重復(fù)等隨處可見,充斥課堂。尤其對于新手教師來說,容易忽略理答的重要性。那么,如何立足于關(guān)注每個學(xué)生的發(fā)展,精心預(yù)設(shè)與生成課堂理答,解放與發(fā)展孩子的思維,培養(yǎng)具有創(chuàng)新精神與實踐能力的一代新人?本研究從小學(xué)語文閱讀教學(xué)中新手教師理答的常見誤區(qū)入手,從而更加理性地了解現(xiàn)今教學(xué)中新手教師的理答現(xiàn)狀,通過觀察小學(xué)語文閱讀課堂,分析新手教師的理答過程,從而總結(jié)出有效理答的策略,為新手教師更快成長、提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量提供更多的指導(dǎo)。 [關(guān)鍵字] 小學(xué)語文閱讀教學(xué); 理答; 新手教師

首先,通過查閱資料的方式了解了現(xiàn)今學(xué)者對教師課堂理答的研究情況。接著,通過課堂觀察、訪談的方式,我深入了解當(dāng)前小學(xué)語文閱讀教學(xué)中新手教師的理答現(xiàn)狀,并結(jié)合對案例的分析,找出了新手教師理答的常見誤區(qū),即:理答目標(biāo)不明確;理答內(nèi)容錯誤;理答方式單調(diào);理答浮于表面;理答過于直接。然后,我根據(jù)已得研究材料,分析出了造成這一系列理答問題的成因,即:新手教師對理答的認(rèn)識不足;新手教師對課堂教學(xué)的反思欠缺;新手教師沒有充分尊重學(xué)生的主體地位。最后,我針對新手教師理答的常見誤區(qū),在究其原因后,提出了以下應(yīng)對策略:提高認(rèn)識,明確理答目標(biāo);旁敲側(cè)擊,變換理答形式;尊重學(xué)生,追求理答效果。
