摘 要 本文是以譯代論的畢業(yè)論文。譯者翻譯職場小說《上班啦，我是新丁我怕誰》的“IP黨”、“個(gè)人VI形象識(shí)別系統(tǒng)”、“態(tài)度決定效果”三個(gè)章節(jié)。小說文筆細(xì)膩，語言平實(shí)幽默，富口語化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化。在對(duì)選材進(jìn)行英譯后，譯者還談及了選材的翻譯方法以及翻譯感想。在翻譯過程中，譯者主要運(yùn)用了目的論、“信達(dá)雅”理論、對(duì)話翻譯等翻譯方法,以及用幽默的方式去詮釋原文。鑒于選文的內(nèi)容和語言特點(diǎn)，譯者在忠實(shí)于原文的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)英漢兩種語言的傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)格和表達(dá)習(xí)慣，以及譯者對(duì)這兩種語言的掌握和理解，盡量翻譯出地道，能夠傳達(dá)原文真情實(shí)感的譯文。 關(guān)鍵詞：職場小說; 目的論; “信達(dá)雅”理論; 對(duì)話翻譯
Abstract This paper is designed to do some research on the translation of an office novel As a junior, I’m never daunted. The author chooses three chapters of this novel as the source text, and they are A Gang to be Criticized, The Recognition System of Personal VI Image, and Attitude Decides Effect. In this novel the language is exquisite, plain, humorous, and colloquial. Besides translating this text, some translation theories and translation thoughts are concerned about. In this paper, the author mainly applies the following translation theory: Skopos Theory, “faithfulness, expressiveness and elegance” theory, conversational translation in a humorous way. In view of the content and language features of the selected text, the translation is loyal to the text. And based on styles of English and Chinese, the two cultures, and expression of language habits, in addition to the author’s understanding, the author tries her best to produce an idiomatic Chinese-English translation, which can convey the true feelings of the original.
