摘要：隨著高校擴(kuò)招，大學(xué)生數(shù)量急劇增加，由此帶來了巨大的就業(yè)壓力。而女大學(xué)生更是在就業(yè)過程中遭遇了一系列困難。造成女大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的原因主要有兩方面：一是外在誘因——傳統(tǒng)“男主外，女主內(nèi)”觀念的影響、法律法規(guī)的不完善、高校培養(yǎng)方式不符合社會(huì)要求等；二是女大學(xué)生的自身因素即生理?xiàng)l件的限制和心理因素的制約。為有效緩解女大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的現(xiàn)狀，政府相關(guān)部門、社會(huì)各界、高校都應(yīng)采取積極的行動(dòng)，致力于緩解女大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的現(xiàn)狀。同時(shí)女大學(xué)生自身也應(yīng)主動(dòng)調(diào)整心態(tài)，積極適應(yīng)社會(huì)。 關(guān)鍵詞：女大學(xué)生；就業(yè)難；原因；對(duì)策
Abstract：With the college enrollment, the quantity of college students has risen dramatically, which brought a huge employment pressure. The female students in the employment process encounter a series of difficulties. There are two main reasons cause the problem: First, external incentives - the traditional "men outside, women inside" concepts, laws and regulations are inconsistent, the community college training don’t meet the requirements. Second, female college students’ own physical constraints and psychological factors cause the problem. To effectively alleviate the difficult situation, the relevant government departments, community colleges and universities should take positive action, to solve the problem. At the same time, female students should take the initiative to adjust their attitude, and actively adapt to society. Key words: female students; Employment; reason; Strategy
社會(huì)環(huán)境、高校、女大學(xué)生自身都應(yīng)為女大學(xué)生就業(yè)難問題的產(chǎn)生負(fù)一定責(zé)任。傳統(tǒng)觀念的偏見影響了女大學(xué)生的就業(yè)表明我國還需加緊先進(jìn)性別文化建設(shè)，加強(qiáng)男女平等觀念的宣傳，為女大學(xué)生創(chuàng)造公平和諧的就業(yè)氛圍。相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的完善不但可以深化我國依法治國和以德治國相結(jié)合的基本方略，而且更能切實(shí)保障女大學(xué)生的就業(yè)不受歧視，保障女大學(xué)生的權(quán)利不受侵犯。高校是女大學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)基地，是女大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)的搖籃，而因材施教以保障女大學(xué)生順利就業(yè)是高校義不容辭的責(zé)任。女大學(xué)生自身在面對(duì)就業(yè)形勢(shì)難這一現(xiàn)狀時(shí)，盡管會(huì)辛苦，但是更應(yīng)明確一分耕耘一分收獲。只有自己不斷努力，主動(dòng)去適應(yīng)社會(huì)，才能為自己創(chuàng)造美好明天。
