摘要:隨著我國大學(xué)教育從精英教育向大眾教育的過渡,大學(xué)生就業(yè)環(huán)境日趨激烈。就業(yè)中的性別歧視是一個不可忽視的社會問題。探討和分析女大學(xué)生就業(yè)中的性別歧視不僅僅是回答女大學(xué)生何以就業(yè)難的問題,而且對營造兩性平等競爭、就業(yè)機(jī)會平等的勞動力市場環(huán)境具有十分重要的意義。就業(yè)市場不完善,就業(yè)法律法規(guī)不健全,生育保險制度不健全,就業(yè)指’導(dǎo)工作薄弱等,是女大學(xué)生就業(yè)歧視的主要原因。政府完善就業(yè)市場。健全法律法規(guī),健全生育保險制度;高校根據(jù)市場需求調(diào)整專業(yè)與課程設(shè)置,深化教育教學(xué)改革,加強就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作;女大學(xué)生轉(zhuǎn)變求職觀念,挖掘自身優(yōu)勢,積極參與市場競爭,樹立創(chuàng)業(yè)意識,實現(xiàn)自我就業(yè)等,是消除對女大學(xué)生的就業(yè)歧視,提高女大學(xué)生的就業(yè)率的重要措施。 關(guān)鍵詞:女大學(xué)生;就業(yè);性別歧視

在女性受教育程度和獨立性都明顯提高的今天,為什么女大學(xué)生在找工作時會面臨這種不成文的歧視呢?有專家分析,這種“女性就業(yè)歧視”通常來自于婚姻家庭方面,許多用人單位在面試的時候直截了當(dāng)?shù)貑?ldquo;有沒有談戀愛”,“最近有沒有結(jié)婚的計劃”等等。甚至在外交部對錄用人員進(jìn)行政審的時候,也會提到這一句“題外話”。女性就業(yè)歧視現(xiàn)象的存在,除了和用人單位的偏見和社會的不公正有關(guān)之外,也和一些心理障礙有關(guān)系。假如一開始就抱著“這個單位不會要女生”這種心態(tài),可能會造成缺乏勇氣和自信。此外,不少女性想找一個既穩(wěn)定、收入又高的職業(yè),又想要留在大城市,自然就會錯失一些工作機(jī)會。而且,一些女性抱著“工作好不如嫁得好”這樣的態(tài)度,獨立能力較弱,在就業(yè)問題上存在依賴心理。 本文主要是針對以上問題,對新形勢下的女性就業(yè)性別歧視問題進(jìn)行探索和研究,沿著理論邏輯加以分析推導(dǎo)和創(chuàng)新,進(jìn)而歸納出具有可能性和可行性的實踐措施,便于新時代女性正確認(rèn)識自己應(yīng)有的擇業(yè)就業(yè)權(quán)利,利于她們?nèi)姘l(fā)展,踏上與全社會和諧發(fā)展的良性軌道。
