摘要：教師道德建設(shè)一直都是是教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的核心。學(xué)校要培養(yǎng)高質(zhì)量的人才，必須先培養(yǎng)一支具有高素質(zhì)的教師隊(duì)伍。當(dāng)前，隨著我國改革開放的深入和社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的逐步確立，教師道德建設(shè)出現(xiàn)了諸如教師道德失范、教師道德評價(jià)存在誤區(qū)、教師道德創(chuàng)新不夠等問題。文章從目前這些教師道德建設(shè)中出現(xiàn)的問題出發(fā)，從社會(huì)根源、教師本身、教育管理制度等方面探析了這些問題形成的原因，最后相應(yīng)地從教師、學(xué)校、社會(huì)三個(gè)層面提出了能很好地解決這些問題的幾大對策與措施。 關(guān)鍵詞：教師道德，師德建設(shè)，師德教育
Abstract：Teachers' morals construction has been is the core of the construction of teachers' team. The school to train high quality talents, must first training has a high quality teachers. At present, along with our country the deepening of reform and opening-up and socialist market economic system, the teacher morality construction progressively establish such as teachers' morals appeared, teacher moral evaluation error thought, teachers' moral innovation problems such as enough. This article from the current these teachers morality construction from the problems of social origin, teacher education management system itself, analyzes the reasons of the formation of these problems, and finally from teachers, school, accordingly put forward three aspects of society can well solve the problem of a few big countermeasures and measures. 選擇《目前教師道德存在的問題與對策研究》作為畢業(yè)論文的選題，是因?yàn)?，加?qiáng)教師道德有著其極重要的意義，它不僅僅關(guān)系到下一代的健康成長，而且關(guān)系到教師的專業(yè)化發(fā)展，關(guān)系到我國教育事業(yè)的成敗，甚至關(guān)系到社會(huì)的精神風(fēng)貌。當(dāng)今世界各國普遍關(guān)注教師的道德狀況，不斷加強(qiáng)師德師風(fēng)建設(shè)，認(rèn)真探索師德建設(shè)的方法和途徑。而研究教師道德中所存在的問題，分析其原因，找出相應(yīng)的對策與辦法，能更好地為教師道德建設(shè)服務(wù)。因此，具有很高的研究價(jià)值。 我國素來有重視師德建設(shè)的傳統(tǒng)。但令人憂慮的是，當(dāng)前，在師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)中，普遍重視教師隊(duì)伍的年齡、知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)、學(xué)歷和專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)比例、學(xué)科帶頭人的選拔和業(yè)務(wù)培養(yǎng)，而對教師隊(duì)伍的思想道德建設(shè)重視不夠。師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)中也存在“一手硬、一手軟”的情況。隨著我國改革開放的深入和社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的逐步確立，教師道德建設(shè)的任務(wù)會(huì)更重，要求會(huì)更高。這已成為目前教育工作中亟待研究和解決的重要課題。 本文研究的基本內(nèi)容有： 1、教師道德現(xiàn)存問題分析 2、教師道德所存問題的原因分析 3、教師道德建設(shè)的路徑
