摘要:人作為一個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)存在,既有理性的一面,又有非理性的一面。理性與非理性一起構(gòu)成了人的精神的全部?jī)?nèi)容和精神活動(dòng)方式。思想政治教育是一項(xiàng)教育人的工作,其對(duì)象是人,做人的工作,就必須客觀全面地了解人、認(rèn)識(shí)人,重視人的非理性因素。我國(guó)教育歷來(lái)重視培養(yǎng)人的理性因素,忽略了人的情感、意志、需要等非理性因素。本文通過(guò)對(duì)非理性因素進(jìn)行界定及揭示理性因素與非理性因素的關(guān)系,指出在思想政治教育中不僅要重視理性因素,而且要充分發(fā)揮非理性因素的作用,這樣才能取得思想政治教育工作的實(shí)效。同時(shí),本文將對(duì)思想政治教育的施教者和受教者的非理性因素激發(fā)的方法途徑,提出一些建議。 關(guān)鍵詞:非理性因素 思想政治教育 運(yùn)用
Abstract:As a reality, human beings have both rational side and irrational side. Rational and irrational together make up the entire contents of the human spirit and spiritual activities. Work of ideological and political education is to influent a person, so we must be objective about the people, understanding people, the importance of irrational factors to the people. Education in China has always attached importance to rational factors, ignoring the feelings, the will, needs and other non-rational factors. This article will point out that not only paying attention to the rational factors but also the ideological ones in political education, so as to achieve practical results of ideological and political education by defining the irrational factors and revealed the relationship between rational and irrational factors. At the same time, this article made a number of recommendations on the way of stimulating both of the educators and educatees in ideological and political education. 思想政治教育的性質(zhì)決定了思想政治教育要引導(dǎo)人們實(shí)現(xiàn)自我塑造,側(cè)重于精神的塑造。人不是一般的存在物,不是純天然地存在著,人的自由全面發(fā)展過(guò)程不是由簡(jiǎn)單的理性知識(shí)教育就能完成的。人需要接受靈魂的教育,尤其是出于重要發(fā)展時(shí)期的青少年們?,F(xiàn)代思想政治教育帶給人們的不是知識(shí)的堆積,而是通過(guò)昭示價(jià)值、理想,充分發(fā)揮人性的本質(zhì),揭示生活的意義,引導(dǎo)人們思考自身、發(fā)展自身,實(shí)現(xiàn)本質(zhì)的飛躍。在這個(gè)過(guò)程中,必要需要重視非理性因素在人的成長(zhǎng)和發(fā)展過(guò)程中的重要作用,以及非理性因素的運(yùn)用在思想政治教育過(guò)程中所發(fā)揮的實(shí)效性作用,這是對(duì)人更加全面的了解的基礎(chǔ)上,人的發(fā)展所必要的過(guò)程。在思想政治教育過(guò)程中,有效地運(yùn)用各種非理性因素培養(yǎng)方法,在教育方法上開(kāi)拓創(chuàng)新,思想政治教育的效果會(huì)越加的顯著和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)。
