摘要:考察XX學(xué)院師生關(guān)系狀況,為建立更加良好的師生關(guān)系提供依據(jù)。方法:采用鄭日昌的《師生關(guān)系診斷量表》,另加了三個(gè)開放性試題。隨機(jī)選取XX學(xué)院300名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果:大學(xué)生在師生關(guān)系的行為困擾程度為中等,在師生關(guān)系總體狀況的三個(gè)維度中,師生間的地位關(guān)系最佳,其次為師生間學(xué)習(xí)關(guān)系,師生間的情感距離上關(guān)系最差,大學(xué)生在其性別差異主要表現(xiàn)在師生的地位關(guān)系上,在不同年級(jí),不同專業(yè)均存在顯著差異,學(xué)生干部與非學(xué)生干部的師生關(guān)系上也存在顯著的差異。不同民族間的師生關(guān)系沒(méi)有顯著差異。說(shuō)明師生關(guān)系與民族差異的關(guān)系不大。結(jié)論:我校師生關(guān)系總體狀況良好,不同性別、年級(jí)、專業(yè)、性格,是否是學(xué)生干部的學(xué)生在師生關(guān)系的情感距離,學(xué)習(xí)關(guān)系、地位關(guān)系方面存在差異。漢族與少數(shù)民族的學(xué)生的師生關(guān)系不存在差異。 關(guān)鍵詞:師生關(guān)系;生間的學(xué)習(xí)關(guān)系;生間情感關(guān)系;生間地位關(guān)系
Abstract:To search the situation of teacher-student relationship in Honghe institute ; to provide proof for building a better teacher-student relationship.Method: Adopt Zheng richang《Relationship between teachers and students diagnostic scale》,and attach to 3 opening questions.Select 300 college students form Honghe institute at random in the way of questionnaire.Result: The degree of behavior disturbance of the college students is a moderate level among of the relationship. In the three dimensions of the teacher-student relationship, their status of relations are the best,followed by learning relations. The worst ones are emotional distance relation of teacher-student relationship. The difference of college students about gender mainly show to be the status of relation between teachers and students. The difference exist in the different grades, different majors , even student leaders and non-student ones.,while no significant of difference of teacher-student relationship among the different ethnic groups shows that teacher-student relationship and the relationship of ethnic differences have little to do it. Conclusion:The general situation teacher-student relationship of our college is relatively better. There exist the differences of the emotional distance , the learning relations and the status of relations in the different gender, grades, majors, character and being student leader or not while there don’t exist the difference the teacher-student relationship of students between Han and minority students. 師生關(guān)系是指教師和學(xué)生在其共同的教育教學(xué)過(guò)程中,因其各自的地位、任務(wù)及行為規(guī)范的不同,相互影響和作用而形成和建立起來(lái)的一種特殊的人際關(guān)系[1]。師生關(guān)系也是大學(xué)校園人際關(guān)系最重要、最基本的人際關(guān)系。師生關(guān)系的好壞不僅直接影響著學(xué)校的教育教學(xué)效果,還影響著學(xué)生和教師。心理學(xué)家羅杰斯認(rèn)為:“良好的教學(xué)氣氛是保證有效地進(jìn)行教學(xué)的主要條件,在良好的人際關(guān)系中進(jìn)行教學(xué),師生間彼此真誠(chéng)地接納對(duì)方從而達(dá)到心理相容,那么學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)中就會(huì)熱情高漲,主體作用就能發(fā)揮出來(lái),教學(xué)目的也就能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)[2]。”也就說(shuō)師生關(guān)系的好壞直接影響教師、學(xué)生的積極性,影響課堂氛圍。從而影響教學(xué)的效果。大學(xué)生正是一個(gè)走向成熟的人,他也會(huì)有被尊重的需求,在大學(xué)生活中,這種需求的滿足大多來(lái)源于朋友關(guān)系和師生關(guān)系。良好的師生關(guān)系會(huì)使學(xué)生的這種需求得到滿足。師生關(guān)系還影響著教師,融洽的師生關(guān)系可以使教師在工作中熱情高漲,提高教師工作的幸福感。反之,師生關(guān)系緊張,學(xué)生對(duì)教師不尊重,不愿接受教師的教育,相互間就會(huì)產(chǎn)生抵觸心理,教師容易形成職業(yè)倦怠,教學(xué)效果也就無(wú)從談起了。
