摘要:盤式剎車裝置在當(dāng)代機(jī)械中有著重要的作用,使用率也逐步提升,比如小轎車上的盤式剎車,正逐步代替鼓式剎車,石油機(jī)械上的絞車,現(xiàn)代技術(shù)條件下產(chǎn)生的頂部驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置,國(guó)內(nèi)外的石油機(jī)械普及了盤式剎車的運(yùn)用,用途十分廣泛。盤式剎車裝置具有散熱性好、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單容易更換、制動(dòng)迅速、容易控制等優(yōu)點(diǎn),性能效果明面,它以獨(dú)特的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和安全性能被廣大用戶認(rèn)可。 本文研究的是四川宏華設(shè)備有限公司的頂部驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置,重點(diǎn)是液壓盤式剎車部分,液壓盤式剎車由三部分組成:液壓站、制動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)、液壓連接管線。動(dòng)力源是液壓站,為執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)提供所需的液壓動(dòng)力,執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)是制動(dòng)執(zhí)行部分,它由剎車鉗、剎車盤、鉗架三部分組成。 本文首先簡(jiǎn)單的介紹了頂部驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置的基本構(gòu)成及液壓原理,讓我們對(duì)頂部驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置有一個(gè)大概的了解,然后通過(guò)小轎車上剎車裝置,盤式剎車與鼓式剎車進(jìn)行對(duì)比,突出盤式剎車的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。最后著重分析盤式剎車裝置的工作原理,以及受力情況,進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度分析。通過(guò)以上的論述,讓我們掌握了當(dāng)代技術(shù)條件下盤式剎車裝置的運(yùn)用。 關(guān)鍵詞: 頂部驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置 盤式剎車裝置 石油機(jī)械 鼓剎
ABSTRACT:Disc brake device plays an important role in modern machinery, the utilization rate is also increased gradually, is gradually replacing the drum brake, , the winch on petroleum machinery, modern technology under the condition of the top drive, petroleum machinery at home and abroad popular application of disc brake, a wide range of uses. Disc brake device with good heat dissipation, simple structure and easy replacement, the brake quickly, easy to control, the performance area, its unique advantages and safety performance recognized by the majority of users. This study is the top Sichuan Honghua Equipment Co. Ltd is focused on driving device, hydraulic disc brake parts, hydraulic disc brake is composed of three parts: hydraulic station, brake actuator, hydraulic connection pipeline. The power source is the hydraulic station, hydraulic power required for the implementing agencies, implementing agencies is the brake part, it consists of brake calipers, brake disc, a clamp rack is composed of three parts. This paper first briefly introduces basic structure and principle of the hydraulic top drive device, let us to the top drive device to have a general understanding, and then through the car brake, disc brake and drum brake is compared, for brake compared with disc brakes with petroleum machinery winch, highlight the advantages of disc brake. Finally analyzed the working principle of the disc brake device and the stress distribution and strength analysis.
