摘要:SMT是由混合集成電路技術(shù)發(fā)展而來(lái)的新一代電子裝聯(lián)技術(shù)，它采用元器件表面貼裝技術(shù)和回流焊接技術(shù)工藝，成為電子產(chǎn)品制造中新一代的組裝技術(shù)。印刷網(wǎng)板作為SMT（表面貼裝技術(shù)）行業(yè)必備之基礎(chǔ)用品！要求精度高、質(zhì)量也越來(lái)越高。生產(chǎn)印刷網(wǎng)板目的在于將焊錫膏印刷在PCB上（印刷電路板），以便進(jìn)行貼片和焊接（回流焊）工作。 本設(shè)計(jì)采用網(wǎng)片材料：SUS304為加工材料，通過(guò)CircuitCAM4.0軟件設(shè)計(jì)、光刻機(jī)加工工藝、后處理工藝、印刷機(jī)、貼片后過(guò)回流爐等條件，完成對(duì)印刷網(wǎng)板的設(shè)計(jì)。主要工作是開孔形狀的調(diào)整解決“立碑”問(wèn)題，局部網(wǎng)片厚度調(diào)整解決空焊、連焊問(wèn)題。通過(guò)合理的設(shè)計(jì)解決穿孔零件過(guò)回流焊的工藝鍵點(diǎn)，并使用激光機(jī)進(jìn)行切割。并對(duì)SMT生產(chǎn)流水線有一定的了解，培養(yǎng)產(chǎn)品合格的判定能力；還必須根據(jù)不同產(chǎn)品的特點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)出合理有效的印刷網(wǎng)板。 關(guān)鍵詞：SMT 回流焊 印刷網(wǎng)板
