摘要:在汽車水泵的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中,氣密性檢測是衡量產(chǎn)品是否合格的一個非常重要的指標(biāo),是在生產(chǎn)過程中必須注意的一個問題。對于產(chǎn)品要做到“100%測試,100%合格。如何能夠準(zhǔn)確、高效地對產(chǎn)品進行檢測,是汽車生產(chǎn)行業(yè)中必須考慮的因素。因此,汽車水泵測漏機便成了該領(lǐng)域非常重要的一個產(chǎn)品。一個測漏機的設(shè)計包含機械系統(tǒng)和電氣控制兩部分,本文主要介紹機械系統(tǒng)部分。 本文主要介紹汽車水泵測漏機機械系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方面的知識。設(shè)計內(nèi)容包括:檢漏機臺架、氣動夾緊機構(gòu)、氣動原理圖、水泵測漏夾具、法蘭盤旋轉(zhuǎn)驅(qū)動機構(gòu)以及打標(biāo)機構(gòu)等。 對于一個水泵測漏機的設(shè)計,要求考慮到成本低,精度高,方便使用等因素。因此如何設(shè)計,如何選型便是該課題設(shè)計的重中之重。在設(shè)計過程中,綜合應(yīng)用機械原理、機械設(shè)計、機械制圖、機械制造工藝、機電傳動控制、氣動技術(shù)等專業(yè)理論知識,體驗和實踐運用理論知識解決實際工程問題,較為熟練的掌握了三維設(shè)計軟件solidworks2010的使用,在此篇文章中,結(jié)合工廠實際和理論知識相結(jié)合的思路,完成了水泵測漏機的機械部分的設(shè)計。 通過這次設(shè)計,初步接觸到了機械設(shè)計這個領(lǐng)域的知識和方法,為以后的工作奠定了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。本次設(shè)計最重要的地方,對我個人的人生態(tài)度有了很大的影響,認識到了自己的不足之處,并努力在以后的生活中改正。 關(guān)鍵詞:水泵測漏機 機械系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 solidworks2010 選型
ABSTRACT:In the automotive industrial process pumps, air tightness test is a measure of whether the product is qualified for a very important indicator, is in the production process must be noted that one of the problems. 由于本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計課題結(jié)合于現(xiàn)實工廠生產(chǎn)實際,因此本課題研究的目的十分實際和突出。目的是將大學(xué)所學(xué)的理論知識與生產(chǎn)實際相結(jié)合,一套適合汽車發(fā)動機冷卻水泵測漏機機械系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,運用于實際生產(chǎn)活動中。 隨著市場競爭日益劇烈,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求不斷提高,氣密檢漏的應(yīng)用也日益廣泛。在發(fā)動機的制造中,氣密性測試對保證產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量起著至關(guān)重要的作用,是控制發(fā)動機質(zhì)量的一個重要指標(biāo)。隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)化進程的加快,對產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)要求越來越高,尤其在汽車、摩托車等消費類行業(yè)更為明顯。而在氣密性方面,要求產(chǎn)品做到“100%測試,100%合格”。為了趕上時代前進的步伐,提升我們的創(chuàng)造能力,因此有必要嘗試相關(guān)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和研發(fā),培養(yǎng)我們的設(shè)計研發(fā)意識,對于我們自身的發(fā)展和創(chuàng)造大國的形成都具有十分重大的意義。 液壓傳動是以液體作為工作介質(zhì)來進行能量傳遞的一種傳動形式,他通過能量轉(zhuǎn)換裝置(如液壓泵),將原動機(如電動機)的機械能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐后w的液壓能,然后通過封閉管道、控制元件等,由另一個能量裝置(如液壓缸、液壓馬達)將液體的壓力能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闄C械能,以驅(qū)動負載和實現(xiàn)執(zhí)行機構(gòu)所需的直線或旋轉(zhuǎn)運動,當(dāng)今液壓傳動被廣泛應(yīng)用。
