摘要:發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)水泵電子壓裝機(jī),是在裝配過(guò)程中對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)水泵中的軸承、葉輪、法蘭盤(pán)、水封進(jìn)行壓裝的裝置。本次設(shè)計(jì)旨在設(shè)計(jì)一臺(tái)可以對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)水泵提供3.5噸壓裝力的電子壓裝機(jī)機(jī)械系統(tǒng)。 本次所設(shè)計(jì)的電子壓裝機(jī)采用左右對(duì)稱、雙直線導(dǎo)軌布局的設(shè)計(jì)方案;通過(guò)伺服電動(dòng)機(jī),減速機(jī)以及聯(lián)軸器的傳遞作用,帶動(dòng)絲杠旋轉(zhuǎn);最后經(jīng)絲杠螺母將伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)的旋轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)作轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殡娮訅貉b機(jī)的上下壓裝動(dòng)作。同時(shí)在底部放置壓力傳感器實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)壓裝過(guò)程的壓力變化。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,熟悉并掌握了SolidWorks 2010軟件,完成了所有零件的三維圖與二維標(biāo)注圖,以及系統(tǒng)的整體裝配圖。合理利用制造商所提供的便利,快速準(zhǔn)確的完成所需零件的選型與繪制,學(xué)會(huì)使用SolidWorks 2010自帶數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)導(dǎo)出國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件并對(duì)裝配體進(jìn)行正確裝配。最后對(duì)所選零部件進(jìn)行了選型與校核。 通過(guò)本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),熟悉了三維制圖軟件以及非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的繪制與標(biāo)注,了解了利用三維制圖軟件繪制機(jī)械系統(tǒng)的整體操作流程。有了一定實(shí)際操作經(jīng)驗(yàn),為今后工作和繼續(xù)深造打下基礎(chǔ)。 關(guān)鍵詞:電子壓裝機(jī) SolidWorks 伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)
ABSTRACT:Electronic pressure pump installed engine is in the engine assembly process of the engine bearings, impeller, flange, seal for press-fit devices. 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)期間,本人通過(guò)指導(dǎo)老師提供的大體設(shè)計(jì)方案,以及對(duì)邊現(xiàn)有發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)水泵壓裝機(jī),完成了一種新的機(jī)械系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案,并將其繪制成裝配圖。本次設(shè)計(jì)在于設(shè)計(jì)一臺(tái)可以提供3.5噸壓裝力的壓裝機(jī)機(jī)械系統(tǒng)。本人采用左右對(duì)稱、雙直線導(dǎo)軌布局來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)此次系統(tǒng)。采用一個(gè)750W伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)配合減速機(jī)為系統(tǒng)提供動(dòng)力及控制系統(tǒng)動(dòng)作。利用絲杠旋轉(zhuǎn)傳動(dòng)將旋轉(zhuǎn)力變?yōu)閴貉b力,再配合角接觸球軸承減少橫向剪切力,保證系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常。在設(shè)計(jì)方案完善后,本人將附錄中所有工程圖中零件實(shí)際繪制出來(lái),并完成了裝配。通過(guò)本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)到了產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的方法。產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程是創(chuàng)造性勞動(dòng)的過(guò)程,產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)按科學(xué)程序進(jìn)行,一般包括課題調(diào)研、擬定設(shè)計(jì)方案、總體設(shè)計(jì)、零部件設(shè)計(jì)、技術(shù)資料整理、產(chǎn)品試制、改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)等過(guò)程,一個(gè)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)過(guò)多次改進(jìn),才能完善和成熟。提高了綜合應(yīng)用各門知識(shí)的能力。以前課程設(shè)計(jì)接觸課程知識(shí)比較窄,而且時(shí)間有限,即使發(fā)現(xiàn)了問(wèn)題也不能及時(shí)改進(jìn),借用這次機(jī)會(huì)再次把專業(yè)知識(shí)做了系統(tǒng)的了解,特別是制造工藝和電氣方面的知識(shí)。鞏固了計(jì)算機(jī)繪圖能力。以前所繪制的工程圖,標(biāo)注配合公差都標(biāo)注不完整,這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)不僅提高了自己的作圖能力,更是培養(yǎng)了自己細(xì)致作圖的習(xí)慣。提高了收集資料和查閱能力。收集資料是做畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的前期準(zhǔn)備工作,資料是否全面、可靠,關(guān)系到整個(gè)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的進(jìn)程。查閱手冊(cè)是設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中隨時(shí)要做的事情。只有廣泛收集有用的資料才能設(shè)計(jì)出比較好的產(chǎn)品。明確了設(shè)計(jì)必須與產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)實(shí)際相結(jié)合,產(chǎn)品才有生命力。因此在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,一定下企業(yè)調(diào)查,要虛心聽(tīng)取老師和工程技術(shù)售貨員的意見(jiàn),不斷發(fā)行設(shè)計(jì),完善設(shè)計(jì)。最后培養(yǎng)了嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)目茖W(xué)作風(fēng)??茖W(xué)工作來(lái)不得半點(diǎn)虛假,在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中每個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)、零件、材料、尺寸、公差都反映在圖紙上,每一個(gè)錯(cuò)誤都會(huì)造成經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,因此,在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中必須要有高度的責(zé)任心,要有嚴(yán)肅認(rèn)真的工作態(tài)度。
