摘要:此設(shè)計(jì)是利用液壓數(shù)控彎管機(jī),采用工業(yè)控制計(jì)算機(jī)生成弧度漸變的彎管曲線。由計(jì)算機(jī)全程控制加工過程的無?;瘡澒芗庸???朔艘揽抗潭>叻滦渭庸ぼ囕v骨架弧度管方法的缺點(diǎn),提高了彎管的效率。并且還要了解管件的加工方法、常用彎管的方法,了解國(guó)內(nèi)外彎管機(jī)的分類、特點(diǎn)及應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域等; 熟悉彎頭彎管機(jī)的動(dòng)作過程,分析完成液壓數(shù)控彎管機(jī)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案;完成彎管機(jī)自動(dòng)供料夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì);完成彎曲夾緊以及彎曲機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì);完成切斷機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。 本著以上的目的, 本課題研究設(shè)計(jì)一款數(shù)控液壓彎管機(jī),完成彎管機(jī)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的總體設(shè)計(jì)思路與方案;完成彎管機(jī)自動(dòng)供料夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)、彎曲夾緊以及彎曲機(jī)構(gòu)、切斷機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)要考慮機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)彎管質(zhì)量的影響,應(yīng)保證產(chǎn)品滿足以下要求:它具有彎管機(jī)自動(dòng)供料夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)、彎曲夾緊以及彎曲機(jī)構(gòu)、切斷機(jī)構(gòu)并且具有除彎曲成形過程中的管件外弧開裂以及內(nèi)弧折皺現(xiàn)象。由于主要采用了液壓傳動(dòng)的傳動(dòng)方式,和其它的液壓設(shè)備相同,該液壓全自動(dòng)彎管機(jī)在傳動(dòng)上大為簡(jiǎn)化,縮短了傳動(dòng)鏈,從而提高了動(dòng)力的傳動(dòng)效率。 關(guān)鍵詞:彎管機(jī) 液壓缸 齒輪傳動(dòng)
ABSTRACT:This design is the use of hydraulic CNC bending machine, using industrial control computer-generated bending curvature gradient curve. 利用液壓數(shù)控彎管機(jī),采用工業(yè)控制計(jì)算機(jī)生成弧度漸變的彎管曲線。由計(jì)算機(jī)全程控制加工過程的無?;瘡澒芗庸ぁ?朔艘揽抗潭>叻滦渭庸ぼ囕v骨架弧度管方法的缺點(diǎn),提高了彎管的效率。 全自動(dòng)液壓數(shù)控彎管機(jī)利用無模成型技術(shù)原理和液壓伺服控制技術(shù),采用工業(yè)控制計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行管件弧度設(shè)計(jì)和彎管控制,由計(jì)算機(jī)生成彎管曲線數(shù)據(jù),控制液壓伺服系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行彎管加工。完全改變了傳統(tǒng)的手工制作或仿形加工車輛骨架弧桿件的加工方式,克服,脫離了使用模具加工的弊端與限制,并且彎管曲線靈活,修改方便,特別是可以根據(jù)管材的回彈量修正彎曲弧度,大大提高了生產(chǎn)效率和加工精密。全程由計(jì)算機(jī)控制加工過程,實(shí)現(xiàn)彎管加工的現(xiàn)代化與自動(dòng)為,為柔性生產(chǎn)奠了設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)。通過更換滾輪,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)多種條型材料(如矩形管,圓形管,槽鋼,角鋼等)的彎制。 在管材加工設(shè)備方面,由于我國(guó)管材使用量激增,管材使用市場(chǎng)非常之大,家具行業(yè)、體育器材、鍋爐行業(yè)、汽車行業(yè)、排氣管上、座椅、保險(xiǎn)杠、及所有的鐵管家具等等,在規(guī)格、品種、數(shù)量等方面增長(zhǎng)迅速,技術(shù)水平快速提高。只有數(shù)控液壓彎管技術(shù)得到進(jìn)一步提高,這些日常使用品、工商業(yè)等所需要的管材加工彎管設(shè)備才能滿足市場(chǎng)需要。所以這一課題研究有很廣的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,有研究的價(jià)值與意義。 本課題主要完成自動(dòng)供料夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、彎曲夾緊以及彎曲機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和切斷機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)要考慮,機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)彎管質(zhì)量的影響,應(yīng)保證產(chǎn)品滿足以下要求:消除彎曲成形過程中的管件外弧開裂以及內(nèi)弧折皺現(xiàn)象。
