摘要:隨著液壓工業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,液壓技術(shù)在各種工業(yè)機(jī)械中所發(fā)揮的作用也越來越大。由于液壓系統(tǒng)的組成、功能日益復(fù)雜,因而發(fā)生故障的機(jī)率也隨之增多。液壓缸的研究、設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)、使用與維修都離不開對其進(jìn)行試驗(yàn);設(shè)計(jì)一種能滿足各種類型液壓缸試驗(yàn)要求,并能以最少的資金和占用最小的場地解決實(shí)際問題的通用液壓缸試驗(yàn)臺(tái)已勢在必行。 本課題所設(shè)計(jì)的液壓原理圖主要是為了測試電液伺服閥的動(dòng)靜態(tài)特性。其中靜態(tài)性能主要的測試項(xiàng)目為伺服閥的空載流量特性、負(fù)載流量特性、壓力特性;動(dòng)態(tài)性能主要的測試項(xiàng)目為頻率響應(yīng)特性和瞬態(tài)響應(yīng)特性。論文闡述了伺服閥試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的一般設(shè)計(jì)流程,包括電液伺服閥試驗(yàn)臺(tái)原理圖的擬定、液壓系統(tǒng)中各主要元件進(jìn)行了計(jì)算與選擇、電液伺服閥試驗(yàn)臺(tái)液壓泵站的設(shè)計(jì)、液壓集成塊的設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞 電液伺服閥 液壓系統(tǒng) 液壓試驗(yàn)臺(tái) 動(dòng)靜態(tài)試驗(yàn)
ABSTRACT:With the development of the hydraulic industry, hydraulic technology in various industrial machinery play a more and more important role. As the hydraulic system of the composition, function increasingly complex and thus the failure rate also will increase. Cylinder research, design, production, use and maintenance can not be separated from its test ; it is necessary to design a hydraulic cylinder system which can satisfy the requirements of various types of hydraulic cylinder test to solve practical problem with the least amount of money and the smallest site. Hydraulic principle diagram in this design is mainly about the design of the static and dynamic characteristics of electro-hydraulic servo valve test. The main testing items of the static performance is no-load flow characteristic, load flow characteristic, pressure characteristic of servo valve. The main testing items of dynamic performance is frequency response and transient response characteristics. This paper expounds the general design flow servo valve test-bed, including electro-hydraulic servo valve test-bed, hydraulic system schematic drawing of the main components were calculated and selected, electro-hydraulic servo valve test-bed of hydraulic pump station, the design of hydraulic manifold block design. 在液壓設(shè)備不斷增多的情況下,生產(chǎn)、科研、軍隊(duì)等不同領(lǐng)域擁有自己的液壓元件試驗(yàn)臺(tái)是大勢所趨。液壓試驗(yàn)臺(tái)能夠?qū)ιa(chǎn)領(lǐng)域生產(chǎn)的各種液壓元件產(chǎn)品以及非生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域使用的各種液壓元件性能進(jìn)行有效的檢測,進(jìn)而掌握更加真實(shí)與客觀的技術(shù)信息,利于對液壓設(shè)備進(jìn)行比較全面的評估。液壓元件的檢測需要專門的設(shè)備或者試驗(yàn)室,因此,簡單而又具有較高操作性的設(shè)計(jì)理念正是進(jìn)行液壓元件試驗(yàn)臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)孜孜追求的,過于復(fù)雜化的液壓元件試驗(yàn)臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)理念不僅會(huì)增加試驗(yàn)臺(tái)費(fèi)用,而且還會(huì)增加了解和操作試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的難度。 本課題針對伺服閥性能測試所需設(shè)備而展開,本課題將設(shè)計(jì)一種能滿足伺服閥測試性能的試驗(yàn)臺(tái),其中包括液壓試驗(yàn)原理設(shè)計(jì)和液壓泵站設(shè)計(jì)。
