摘要:油箱普遍作為存儲燃油的容器,本設(shè)計(jì)著力于研究油箱成型機(jī)的液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。油箱成型機(jī)采用液壓系統(tǒng)控制能更高速化,高效化,低能耗。提高液壓機(jī)的工作效率,降低生產(chǎn)成本。并且實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)電液一體化。充分合理利用機(jī)械和電子方面的先進(jìn)技術(shù)促進(jìn)整個液壓系統(tǒng)的完善。 在設(shè)計(jì)的過程中,首先進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的工況分析。然后,根據(jù)工況確定出了液壓系統(tǒng)的原理圖。在對系統(tǒng)的原理進(jìn)行分析后,根據(jù)給定的參數(shù),計(jì)算出了系統(tǒng)的流量以及確定了系統(tǒng)的壓力。根據(jù)液壓設(shè)計(jì)手冊,對液壓元件進(jìn)行了選擇。然后通過對液壓缸各個參數(shù)的計(jì)算,進(jìn)行了液壓缸的設(shè)計(jì)。為了使液壓元件集成化,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,并且使液壓系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,安裝方便,裝配周期短,本設(shè)計(jì)還進(jìn)行了集成塊的設(shè)計(jì)。實(shí)現(xiàn)了元件之間無管連接,消除了因油管、管接頭等引起的泄漏、振動和噪聲。整個系統(tǒng)配置靈活,外觀整齊,維護(hù)保養(yǎng)容易。 關(guān)鍵詞:液壓系統(tǒng) 成型機(jī) 液壓元件 集成塊
ABSTRACT:The fuel tank popular as the containers for storage fuel, this design focus on research the hydraulic system design of the fuel tank molding machine. The fuel tank molding machine with hydraulic control system can be more high-speed, high efficiency, low energy consumption .Increase the efficiency of the hydraulic machines and reduce production costs .And realize hydraulic integration. Fully rational use of mechanical and electronic aspects of advanced technology for the entire hydraulic system is perfect. In the design process, the first conducted a systematic analysis of the working conditions. Then according the working conditions to defined the hydraulic system schematic. In the analysis of the principle of the system, according to certain parameters, to calculate the flow rate of the system and determining the system pressure. According to the hydraulic design manual, there is a selection of hydraulic components. Then , computing the parameters of the hydraulic cylinder to determine the design of the hydraulic cylinder. In order to make the hydraulic component integration, standardization, and the hydraulic system is compact, easy to install, assembly cycle is short, the design also conducted a manifold design. Achieve without pipe connection between components, elimination of tubing, pipe joints caused by leakage, vibration and noise.
