摘要:液壓缸缸底自動焊接裝置,是一個全自動的焊接裝置,該裝置能夠完成自動送料、自動焊接、自動下料這一生產(chǎn)流程。由于液壓設(shè)備在社會上的廣泛推廣,越來越多的工廠都采用了液壓設(shè)備。但是在焊接液壓缸的時候總是有那么多的不順,如果是用人工焊接,每個人的焊接技術(shù)都不一樣,而且,同一個人所焊接出來的效果也會不一樣。這種焊接的后果就是可能出現(xiàn)很多漏焊,相當(dāng)于沒有焊接一樣,有很多的焊工在焊完液壓缸之后,放在水里面液壓缸會漏水,更不用說是在高壓情況下工作的液壓油了。本課題所設(shè)計(jì)的就是用機(jī)器代替人工焊接,這樣的好處就是:焊接的時候不會像人工焊接那樣因?yàn)槟承┲饔^的因素導(dǎo)致焊接質(zhì)量差這樣的問題,因?yàn)闄C(jī)器只要不出現(xiàn)故障,一批一批的焊接都是差不多的,不會像人工焊接那樣,可以說是沒一個液壓缸的焊接都不一樣。這樣不但提高了我們的工作效率,同時還大大的降低了我們的生產(chǎn)成本,對于很多大型或者中小型企業(yè)提供了更高的利潤。 本設(shè)計(jì)就是主要圍繞,該焊接裝置的工作臺部分,其原理就是怎樣實(shí)現(xiàn),自動焊的上料、工作、下料的這一全過程。重點(diǎn)是要編制油缸的制造工藝規(guī)程,重點(diǎn)是活塞和缸底的制造工藝規(guī)程。設(shè)計(jì)焊接工作臺,重點(diǎn)是夾緊,旋轉(zhuǎn)和調(diào)速控制部分。 關(guān)鍵詞:液壓缸 工作臺 機(jī)械手 焊接
