摘要:白菜是日常生活中常吃的蔬菜，在我國(guó)南方一些省市一年四季都可以種植，一年可以種植四季之多。目前，我國(guó)一些農(nóng)作物已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化收獲，但生活中大白菜的收獲還是由人工親自一顆一顆手工收獲。我國(guó)是一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)大國(guó)，大白菜的種植在全國(guó)的蔬菜種植中占有很大的比重。為了提高大白菜收獲效率，解決大白菜收獲費(fèi)時(shí)又費(fèi)力等問(wèn)題，本課題對(duì)大白菜收獲機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究，設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)與拖拉機(jī)配合使用的大白菜收獲機(jī)構(gòu)。該機(jī)構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，適合于中小規(guī)模白菜種植農(nóng)戶(hù)的大白菜的收獲。本機(jī)構(gòu)主要設(shè)計(jì)了提升裝置、夾持裝置、切削裝置、傳送裝置。在收獲過(guò)程中對(duì)大白菜進(jìn)行采摘、根莖的切削、傳送到貨箱等功能，既提高了效率，又降低了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。 大白菜收獲機(jī)構(gòu)的工作過(guò)程為：當(dāng)大白菜進(jìn)入收獲機(jī)構(gòu)提升裝置時(shí)，大白菜被拔起并被夾持，然后被夾持著往后運(yùn)輸，到達(dá)切削裝置位置大白菜的根莖被切削，緊接著被運(yùn)送到有一定傾角傳送帶上，最后再通過(guò)水平傳送帶運(yùn)到拖拉機(jī)的貨箱里。 關(guān)鍵詞：大白菜；收獲機(jī)構(gòu)；夾持；切削；傳送
ABSTRACT:Chinese cabbage is one of the common life of the vegetable, in South China, some provincesand cities throughout the year can be grown, a year of planting seasons. At present, our country some crops already realized mechanization, but Chinese cabbage mechanical harvest there is gap. Our country is an agricultural big country, Chinese cabbage in countrywide vegetable planting in a large proportion, but the cabbage harvest still artificial harvesting. In order to solve the cabbage harvest time consuming, and labor intensity is big wait for a problem, this research combined with the actual life, on Chinese cabbage harvest mechanism of major parts for research, design a tractor used in conjunction with the cabbage harvest mechanism. The mechanism has the advantages of simple structure, suitable for small and medium-sized cabbage Chinese cabbage harvest farmers. The mechanism is mainly designed to enhance the holding device, cutting device, transmission device. In the work to achieve on cabbage picking, rhizome cutting, transferred to MTL function, which not only improves the efficiency, and reducing the labor intensity. Chinese cabbage harvest body work process: when the cabbage into harvesting mechanism lifting device, Chinese cabbage is pulled up and are clamped, then being held back transport, to reach the cutting device position of Chinese Cabbage by cutting roots, then transported to a certain inclination on the conveyor belt, then through the level a conveyor transports to the tractor yard in.
