摘要:模具是一種技術(shù)密集、資金密集型產(chǎn)品,在我國國民經(jīng)濟中的地位也非常重要。模具工業(yè)已被我國正式確定為基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),被稱為“工業(yè)之母”。75%的粗加工工業(yè)產(chǎn)品零件、50%的精加工零件由模具成型,絕大部分塑料制品也由模具成型。如此選擇了充電器外殼(上殼)注塑模具設(shè)計作為本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計的題目,以下是設(shè)計的主要的內(nèi)容: (1) 介紹了塑料模具發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,闡述了塑料模具是現(xiàn)代社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不可缺少的和模具生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平的高低是衡量一個國家產(chǎn)品制品水平高低的重要標(biāo)志之一。 (2) 展示了塑件的3D建模圖形;分析了塑件的工藝性,主要是根據(jù)塑件材料確定了收縮率和脫模斜度,對塑件結(jié)構(gòu)分析確定了壁厚和精度。 (3) 介紹了本設(shè)計注塑成型工藝條件;用UG造型軟件模型分析功能對塑件進(jìn)行了質(zhì)量屬性的分析,通過塑件的質(zhì)量屬性初步選擇了注塑機G54-S200/400,對此注塑機介紹了規(guī)格和性能。 (4) 主要介紹了模具結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計。首先對模具方案的論證,型腔數(shù)目的以及排列形式、分型面的確定;其次詳細(xì)的介紹了澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,其中包括了主流道、分流道澆口的設(shè)計,然后對排氣機構(gòu)、冷料穴和拉料桿的設(shè)計,詳細(xì)對零部件的尺寸進(jìn)行了計算;最后介紹了推出機構(gòu)和溫度調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計 (5) 對注塑機一些參數(shù)的校核和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架的選擇,校核了最大注塑量、鎖模力、開模行程。最后對一些零件圖和裝備圖的繪制。 (6) 對本設(shè)計的總結(jié)。主要對設(shè)計過程回顧,以及本設(shè)計的創(chuàng)新和不足之處的總結(jié)。 關(guān)鍵字:充電器外殼;注塑模;面分型
ABSTRACT:Mold is a technology-intensive product, capital-intensive industries in China’s national economy, the position are very important. Mould industry has been China formally identified as fundamental industry, known as "the mother of industrial". 75% of rough machining industry product parts, 50% of the machining parts by molds and most plastic products also by molds. So I chose Chargers Case mold design as the graduation design topic, the following is design of the main content: (1) Introduced the plastic mould development status and development trend of plastic mold, expounds the modern social economic development is the indispensable and mould manufacturing technology level of measure of a national product products is one of the important signs of horizontal discretion. (2) Shows the 3D modeling graphics molded parts; analyzes the technology of plastic parts, mainly is determined according to the plastics materials for shrinkage and draft, molded parts structure analysis identified wall thickness and precision. (3) Introduced the design injection molding process conditions; Make casting 3d drawing using UG modeling software model analysis function of the plastic parts, through the analysis of the quality attributes the quality of plastic parts XS attribute preliminary chose injection, which ZY/500 - injection molding machine introduces specification and performance. (4) Mainly introduces the design of die structure. First to mold cavity number scheme of the argument, arranged form, classification and determine the; Secondly the detailed introduces the design of gating system, including the mainstream way, the design of shunt way spruce, then to exhaust institutions, cold material feeding stem hole and pull the design of the size of the parts, detailed calculated; At last, the paper introduces the launch institutions and temperature control system design.
