摘要:本課題是圍繞著旋轉(zhuǎn)防噴器結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計作為中心,試設(shè)計出一種結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、容易密封、加工方便、安裝維護方便的新型旋轉(zhuǎn)防噴器。本論文的研究工作對旋轉(zhuǎn)防噴器的國產(chǎn)化生產(chǎn)和新產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)具有一定的重要意義。 針對國產(chǎn)旋轉(zhuǎn)防噴器目前存在的一些問題,本論文從國內(nèi)外大量有關(guān)欠平衡鉆井設(shè)備和旋轉(zhuǎn)防噴器的參考文獻中分析總結(jié)出旋轉(zhuǎn)防碰器的基本知識,在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過對旋轉(zhuǎn)防噴器專利結(jié)構(gòu)方案的分析研究,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)、安裝、維護、使用情況等對旋轉(zhuǎn)防噴器結(jié)構(gòu)的要求,找到了國內(nèi)旋轉(zhuǎn)防噴器的特點和發(fā)展發(fā)向,結(jié)合國產(chǎn)旋轉(zhuǎn)防噴器的技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀得到了一個相對結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、密封可靠、便于加工和操作的結(jié)構(gòu)方案,并結(jié)合工程制圖,對相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)進行了選材和強度校核。對關(guān)鍵密封技術(shù)進行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和理論原理分析。 關(guān)鍵詞:欠平衡鉆井;旋轉(zhuǎn)防噴器;密封性
