摘要:模具是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)用的重要的工藝裝備,在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,60%~90%的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品需要使用模具,模具工業(yè)以成為工業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),許多新產(chǎn)品的研制與開發(fā)很大程度上依賴于模具的生產(chǎn),因此,研究和發(fā)展模具技術(shù),提高模具水平,對(duì)促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展有著特別重要的意義。 本論文主要論述了材料為ABS的小尺寸、一般精度的音箱外殼注射模的設(shè)計(jì)方法。論文首先介紹了塑料成型基礎(chǔ)及塑料注射成型的工藝過(guò)程;其次通過(guò)對(duì)注塑加工方法及音箱外殼進(jìn)行綜合工藝分析,確定了音箱外殼注射模的設(shè)計(jì)方案,即該模具采用一模兩腔的設(shè)計(jì)方案。然后針對(duì)該方案進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)論述,主要包括其注塑模的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程、注塑模主要零部件的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)等。其中注塑模主要設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)包括:零件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、模具分型面的選擇、型腔數(shù)目的確定、澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、注射機(jī)的校核等。最后論文針對(duì)音箱外殼塑件的成型工藝方法的可行性進(jìn)行了論證。 關(guān)鍵詞:音箱外殼;注塑模;分型面;注射機(jī)
Abstract:Mould is an important setup in modern industry .In manufacturing industry,60~90 percent of products utilize mould. Moulding industry has been a essential factor of industry development. A number of new products’ developments considerably depend on mould making. Therefore, it is significant for national economy to research and improve mould technology. The dissertation introduces the design of injection plastic mold for speaker shell. The speaker shell made by ABS is small size and common precision. Firstly, The dissertation mainly explains the designing process of the mould. Secondly, The dissertation analyses shaping craft and devises the shaping strategy. The mould adopts one mould and two- cavities. The dissertation gives fully analysis to the making process. Thirdly, the dissertation focuses on the analysis of the design of injection plastic mould for speaker shell , including: structural part design; decision of parting plane; assurance of cavity number; design of gating system ; strength verification, etc. Lastly, the dissertation demonstrates the feasibility of the design.
