摘 要:Pro/E依靠其強大的造型功能,參數(shù)式的設(shè)計,和統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)庫管理的特點,讓其成為國內(nèi)外機械制造業(yè)中應(yīng)用最為廣泛的CAD/CAM軟件之一。PTC的系列軟件還包括在工業(yè)設(shè)計和機械設(shè)計等方面的多項功能,這其中還包括對大型裝配體的管理、功能仿真、制造、產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理等等。Pro/E還提供了全面的、集成緊密的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)環(huán)境。是一套由設(shè)計到生產(chǎn)的機械自動化軟件,是新一代產(chǎn)品的造型系統(tǒng),是一個集參數(shù)化、基于特征的實體造型系統(tǒng),并且具有單一數(shù)據(jù)庫功能的綜合性MCAD軟件。Pro/E軟件在減速器零部件的三維實體建模和虛擬裝配在有著重要的應(yīng)用,減速器的傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計效率低而且容易出錯。而減速器的參數(shù)化設(shè)計是提高設(shè)計精度和效率的有效途徑。在了解減速器的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和參數(shù)化設(shè)計的研究進展基礎(chǔ)上,制定減速器的零件建模和運動仿真的總體方案,利用Pro/E的建模功能,建立減速器的三維模型,最后應(yīng)用Pro/E的運動仿真功能,使得減速器設(shè)計直觀、快捷、高效。該技術(shù)在機械工程、化工設(shè)備、汽車制造等很多的領(lǐng)域有很強的實用性和推廣價值。 關(guān)鍵詞:Pro/E;參數(shù)化;減速器;虛擬裝配;運動仿真
ABSTRACT:Pro/E depend on its strong modeling function, the parameters of style design, and the characteristics of the unified database management, let it become machine manufacturing industry at home and abroad and most widely used one of CAD/CAM software. PTC software included in the series of industrial design and mechanical design, and other aspects of the multiple functions, which also include large assembly body of the management, the function, the simulation, the manufacture, the product data management and so on. Pro/E also provides a comprehensive, integrated closely product development environment. is a set of the design to production machinery automation software, is a new generation of product modeling system, is a set of parameterized, based on the characteristics of the solid modeling system, and has the function of a single database comprehensive MCAD software, Pro/E software in parts of the three-dimensional entity reducer modeling and virtual assembly has important application in. the traditional design of gear reducer inefficient and easy to make a mistake. And reducer parametric design is to improve the design efficiency and precision of the effective way. In understanding the development situation and reducer parametric design based on the research progress, make gear reducer modeling and simulation movement parts of the overall scheme, the use of the Pro/E modeling functions, building up a 3 d model of gear reducer, finally application of Pro/E motion simulation function, make speed reducer design direct-viewing, fast and efficient, this technology in mechanical engineering, chemical equipment, automobile manufacturing, and many are in the areas of strong practicability and popularize value.
