摘 要:本洗鞋機(jī)采用翻滾的原理，可以同時對四雙鞋子進(jìn)行洗刷，并且同時能夠洗刷鞋子的內(nèi)部。洗鞋的種類為運動鞋板鞋布鞋等。洗鞋過程包括預(yù)洗刷，洗刷，漂白，清洗，加香五個階段。洗鞋有輕柔，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，快速三種選擇，以應(yīng)對不同的洗鞋要求。本設(shè)計主要包括四大部分，第一是洗刷部分設(shè)計，主要包括內(nèi)外鞋刷，它的功能是實現(xiàn)洗刷。第二是驅(qū)動傳動部分設(shè)計，它的主要功能是提供動力和一定的洗刷速度。第三部分是進(jìn)排水系統(tǒng)，它的主要功能是進(jìn)排水和洗滌劑，漂白粉，香料的添加。第四部分是控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計，它的主要功能是實現(xiàn)洗鞋過程的自動話控制。自動洗鞋機(jī)10-20分鐘洗一批鞋子，洗鞋質(zhì)量好，可以很好的節(jié)省人力。 關(guān)鍵詞：自動洗鞋機(jī)；內(nèi)部洗刷；翻滾原理；控制系統(tǒng)
