摘 要:本文主要目的是對(duì)5T固定定柱式提升機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，同時(shí)要使其能完成所要求實(shí)現(xiàn)的相應(yīng)功能。首先需了解提升機(jī)的工作原理、基本結(jié)構(gòu)和系統(tǒng)組成及功能。及其循環(huán)、間歇的周期性工作特點(diǎn)，其次要了解一個(gè)工作周期包括起升、變幅、回轉(zhuǎn)、下降四個(gè)動(dòng)作，它們分別是由起升機(jī)構(gòu)、變幅機(jī)構(gòu)、回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)三部分機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)完成的。 這次設(shè)計(jì)的主要分析研究方向是對(duì)提升機(jī)旋臂梁和旋轉(zhuǎn)部分的機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及參數(shù)的選擇，其中著重對(duì)回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)零部件及其相應(yīng)技術(shù)參數(shù)的選擇。合理的設(shè)計(jì)與選擇提升機(jī)的起升機(jī)構(gòu)、回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)、變幅機(jī)構(gòu)及金屬結(jié)構(gòu)，這樣既能很好的實(shí)現(xiàn)提升機(jī)的運(yùn)行又不干涉且配合良好。在設(shè)計(jì)中，起重機(jī)整體及零部件都有細(xì)說(shuō)明。 關(guān)鍵詞：提升機(jī) 起升機(jī)構(gòu) 回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu) 變幅機(jī)構(gòu)
Abstract:This paper mainly 5T fixed hoist fixed column design and analysis of the hoist are required to achieve the corresponding function and structure.Learn hoist works, the basic structure and system composition and function .This paper analyzes the research direction is the hoist arm rotating beam design and its functional part of mechanism design and parameter selection .Crane 's work is characterized by cycles , intermittent exercise. Therefore, in the design to include lifting , slewing , luffing , and metal structures. Which focuses on the rotary mechanism components and their corresponding choice of technical parameters to achieve both good and not interfere with the operation of hoist and with the good .The design includes hoist hoisting mechanism , slewing , luffing mechanism and metal structure choice.In the design, the crane has a whole and the individual components described in detail .
