摘 要:軌道滑板屬于創(chuàng)新開(kāi)發(fā)階段，目前市場(chǎng)上還沒(méi)有真正意義上的此類(lèi)軌道滑板。這種軌道滑板不同于現(xiàn)有的娛樂(lè)場(chǎng)所那些依靠電力或者其他外界力來(lái)驅(qū)動(dòng)的軌道滑板。這款軌道滑板絕對(duì)綠色環(huán)保，因?yàn)樗怯神{馭者自身的起立和下蹲來(lái)保證滑板的前行，在娛樂(lè)的同時(shí)也鍛煉了小孩子。由于滑板屬于一種極限運(yùn)動(dòng)，在歐美各國(guó)及各發(fā)展中國(guó)家，參加極限運(yùn)動(dòng)已經(jīng)成為都市青年最流行、最持久的時(shí)尚，參加極限運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)已經(jīng)成為廣大都市青年夢(mèng)寐以求的愿望。 本文主要對(duì)滑板，軌道以及支撐架的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)，并對(duì)軸，軸承，支撐架的受力進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析計(jì)算與校核，使得軌道滑板設(shè)計(jì)的更加合理。這種軌道滑板制造方便無(wú)需大型加工設(shè)備，并且，選材主要使用了形鋼、角鋼等常用材料，使用鋼板焊接的加工工藝，因而，生產(chǎn)工藝性好，一般機(jī)械廠均能制造。 設(shè)計(jì)中主要使用了Inventor2013，CAD等工程制圖軟件。 關(guān)鍵詞： 綠色環(huán)保 極限運(yùn)動(dòng) 工藝性好
