摘 要:數(shù)控機(jī)床作為自動(dòng)化設(shè)備正被越來(lái)越普遍采用,而數(shù)控編程技術(shù)則是一門集綜合性、 實(shí)踐性和靈活性與一體的專業(yè)課程。數(shù)控仿真軟件的使用,使得我們?cè)谝恍?shí)際不能加工的東西,把它模擬出來(lái),它還使我們?cè)趯?duì)一些零件的加工有問(wèn)題時(shí),先進(jìn)行模擬試驗(yàn),當(dāng)模擬成功時(shí),在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中運(yùn)用,這樣就減少了對(duì)材料的浪費(fèi)。我國(guó)制造業(yè)正面臨著市場(chǎng)全球化、經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的趨勢(shì),現(xiàn)今正處于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略不斷升級(jí),相應(yīng)的制造理念和制作模式不斷創(chuàng)新的時(shí)期。因此,在數(shù)控技術(shù)中很多都引入了計(jì)算機(jī),而數(shù)控加工、CAD/CAM是支撐現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)。CAD簡(jiǎn)稱計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì),它幫助人們從繁瑣的手工繪圖中解脫出來(lái),實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)紙、無(wú)筆、無(wú)尺、無(wú)圖版設(shè)計(jì),不僅對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單工件的繪圖效率快。而且對(duì)復(fù)雜工件的準(zhǔn)確率和效率也很高,并且還有利于圖紙的系統(tǒng)化管理。 本設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容主要是利用數(shù)控車床來(lái)加工零件,主要解決的問(wèn)題是零件的裝夾、刀具的對(duì)刀、工藝路線的制定、工序與工步的劃分、刀具的選擇、切削用量的確定、車削加工程序的編寫、機(jī)床的熟練操作。 關(guān)鍵詞:數(shù)控車床 車削加工工藝 工藝分析
