摘 要:隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展，人們對(duì)生活水平以及健康的關(guān)注度越來越高，而噪音污染成為一種新型的污染，噪音污染被認(rèn)為是僅次于大氣污染和水污染的第三大污染，城市的噪音污染日益嚴(yán)重。在噪音污染中，汽車噪音占了相當(dāng)一部分比重。隨著中國(guó)汽車工業(yè)的高速發(fā)展，城市中汽車保有量逐年增加。城市的汽車噪音越來越嚴(yán)重，同時(shí)人們對(duì)汽車乘坐的舒適性要求也越來越高，而汽車噪聲主要來自汽車排氣噪聲，所以制造好的消聲器成為各大汽車廠商的目標(biāo)。若不加消聲器，在一定速度下，噪聲可達(dá)100分貝以上。其次為引擎噪聲和輪胎噪聲，引擎噪聲在汽車正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，可達(dá)90分貝以上，而輪胎噪聲在車速為90公里\/時(shí)以上時(shí)，可達(dá)95分貝左右。因此，在排氣系統(tǒng)中加上消聲器，可使汽車排氣噪聲降低20-30分貝。 在汽車排氣消聲器生產(chǎn)過程中, 消聲殼體折邊是一道重要工序。其折邊質(zhì)量的好壞直接影響到消聲器端蓋咬口質(zhì)量。而目前國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)設(shè)備比較落后，先進(jìn)設(shè)備為國(guó)外所有，所以，必須研制專用的汽車消聲器折邊設(shè)備。 汽車消聲器部件外形大多數(shù)為圓形和橢圓形的結(jié)構(gòu)，其結(jié)構(gòu)形狀和加工質(zhì)量對(duì)消聲效果有直接的影響，其加工設(shè)備均為專用設(shè)備，質(zhì)量參差不齊，為提升國(guó)內(nèi)該設(shè)備的技術(shù)水平，擬設(shè)計(jì)該設(shè)備，通過模具的改變，該機(jī)器可以進(jìn)行其它工藝的生產(chǎn)。本設(shè)計(jì)具有較好理論意義和生產(chǎn)使用價(jià)值。 關(guān)鍵詞：噪音；消聲器；折邊；模具
