摘 要:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展及鋼鐵行業(yè)的不斷競爭，各個(gè)企業(yè)對(duì)鋼鐵產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的要求逐步提高，而煉鐵是提高鋼鐵產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的重要的環(huán)節(jié)。布料器是高爐煉鐵過程的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備，對(duì)冶煉工藝及生產(chǎn)過程的制約影響程度高。因此，設(shè)計(jì)好布料器是現(xiàn)代高爐設(shè)計(jì)的重要基礎(chǔ)。BT型布料器具有獨(dú)特的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，已經(jīng)成功應(yīng)用于大型高爐上，并且取得了大量的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，它的出現(xiàn)對(duì)我國煉鐵事業(yè)的發(fā)展起到積極的推動(dòng)作用。本課題依據(jù)BT型布料器的工作原理為某企業(yè)的2000m3高爐設(shè)計(jì)了布料器，對(duì)布料器的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了一定的優(yōu)化，采用全液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)方式來實(shí)現(xiàn)布料器的旋轉(zhuǎn)和擺動(dòng)。本文將主要介紹多種布料器的工作原理及基本結(jié)構(gòu)的比較，對(duì)本次設(shè)計(jì)的布料器相關(guān)力能參數(shù)計(jì)算和結(jié)構(gòu)的確定進(jìn)行了相關(guān)說明，并對(duì)本布料器的安裝、維護(hù)等提出了一些要求及制定了一定的措施。 關(guān)鍵詞：2000m3高爐 布料器 設(shè)計(jì)
ABSTRACT:With the development of economy and the steel industry growing competition, the enterprise requirement for the quality of steel products gradually improve, but iron is the most important role to improve the quality of steel products. Is a key equipment of blast furnace iron-making process, the case of smelting process and production process of high degree of restriction effect. Therefore, design good charging machine is the important foundation of modern blast furnace design. BT type cloth equipment has unique advantages, has been successfully applied in the large blast furnaces, and made a lot of successful experience, it appears to play a positive role in the development of iron-making industry in China.
