摘 要:中厚板是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)重要的支撐，廣泛應(yīng)用于基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、造船、工程機(jī)械、容器、建筑等各行各業(yè)，這些行業(yè)對(duì)中厚板的外在與內(nèi)在質(zhì)量提出越來越高的要求，因此，各大鋼鐵企業(yè)紛紛對(duì)其原有的鋼板生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行擴(kuò)建或改建，升級(jí)換代中厚板生產(chǎn)線。為了確保生產(chǎn)線項(xiàng)目在技術(shù)上先進(jìn)可行和經(jīng)濟(jì)上合理，各鋼鐵企業(yè)都展開了科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)募夹g(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析評(píng)價(jià) 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是針對(duì)某鋼鐵企業(yè)的2300鋼板生產(chǎn)線技術(shù)改造工程開展技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)分析。本文首先對(duì)本項(xiàng)目建設(shè)目標(biāo)及產(chǎn)品方案進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)；其次在評(píng)價(jià)了工藝流程和工廠布局，然后對(duì)進(jìn)行主要設(shè)備的選型做了評(píng)價(jià)；接著評(píng)價(jià)了整條生產(chǎn)機(jī)組生產(chǎn)能力與財(cái)務(wù)情況；最后還對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行不確定性分析及綜合財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)的分析，給出了本項(xiàng)目在財(cái)務(wù)上是否合理的結(jié)論，最終為該企業(yè)提供了一個(gè)比較科學(xué)合理的投資效益分析報(bào)告。 關(guān)鍵詞：2300中厚板 建設(shè)工程 技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析
ABSTRACT:The medium plate is important in modern industry , usually accounts for about 10% of the total output of steel.The medium plate is widely used in infrastructure construction, shipbuilding, engineering machinery, container, construction and other industries.These industry put forward higher requirements on the external and internal quality of the medium plate.so,each big steel companies upgrade or expansion the original medium plate production line.In order to ensure the project is technically feasible and economically reasonable, each steel companies has embarked on a scientific, careful analysis of the technical and economic activities. The graduation design is carried out on an steel enterprise’s technical and economic analysis of 2300 plate production line’technological transformation.This article first has carried on the appraisal to the project objectives and product scheme; secondly, evaluate process and plant layout, and evaluated the selection of main equipment; then the make the evaluation of production capacity and financial situation of the whole production unit; analysis the whole project with uncertainty analysis and comprehensive financial evaluation, gives the project financially reasonable conclusion, finally provides a more scientific and rational investment benefit analysis report for the enterprise Keywords: the 2300 medium plate；construction project；technical and economic analysis |
