摘 要:K344型封隔器是油氣井作業(yè)中使用的一種井下工具。屬于水力擴(kuò)張式封隔器，懸掛式固定，液壓坐封，液壓解封,依靠膠筒的膨脹來密封套管。本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)的K344-114型封隔器是一種采用了活動(dòng)式保護(hù)塊的擴(kuò)張式封隔器，主要用于注水、試油、采油、找水、卡堵水、酸化等工藝，K344-114型封隔器易于坐封、解封，不需要機(jī)械力的幫助，對(duì)井眼適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)，并且可以重復(fù)使用，所以針對(duì)不同油田的不同情況，可以使用該類型的封隔器進(jìn)行地層測(cè)試。 本文概述了油田常用的封隔器的類型、參數(shù)、命名及其工作原理；討論了目前封隔器所用的膠筒的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，密封元件“防突”措施的類型，分析了封隔器的工作原理以及結(jié)構(gòu)特征并對(duì)各重要零部件進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度校核，密封元件坐封力的計(jì)算、彈簧數(shù)據(jù)的計(jì)算、封隔器基本效應(yīng)的分析等。 關(guān)鍵詞：封隔器 密封 防突 坐封力 管柱受力
