摘 要:石油鉆機剎車系統(tǒng)機構(gòu)是絞車的關(guān)鍵部件,針對使用鉆機帶式剎車系統(tǒng)帶來的許多安全問題,設(shè)計制動系統(tǒng)工作可靠且具有良好的工藝特性的盤式剎車系統(tǒng)。盤式剎車系統(tǒng)主要有剎車盤、鉗架,剎車塊,制動鉗、鉗臂、液壓控制系統(tǒng)組成,制動鉗則由油缸、活塞、調(diào)節(jié)螺母、彈簧等主要零件構(gòu)成,工作原理為油口進油剎車松開,卸油壓剎車,剎車大小由剎把調(diào)節(jié)剎車閥來改變油缸壓大小來實現(xiàn),從而提高剎車力,增強剎車系統(tǒng)的可靠性和安全性。 論文開頭介紹了設(shè)計此絞車的目的和意義,絞車的發(fā)展、研究現(xiàn)狀以及絞 車的發(fā)展趨勢,再對絞車的參數(shù)進行設(shè)計計算,主要有滾筒的直徑、纏繩層數(shù)、滾筒纏繩的平均直徑,以及絞車游動系統(tǒng)的分析。之后進行絞車結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,包括鉗架結(jié)構(gòu),液壓缸的結(jié)構(gòu)和剎車鉗的結(jié)構(gòu)等。再對絞車的零部件進行了強度校核,保證其滿足強度要求。 關(guān)鍵詞:鉆機 絞車 剎車系統(tǒng) 設(shè)計
