摘 要:車間風(fēng)動(dòng)工具系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)應(yīng)用比較廣泛，比較流行的機(jī)械工具系統(tǒng)，它的存在使整個(gè)工業(yè)變得簡(jiǎn)單，快捷，方便。國(guó)內(nèi)很多企業(yè)都曾嘗試著通過(guò)風(fēng)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)來(lái)提高效益，減輕勞動(dòng)力，提高工作效率等等，然而通過(guò)不斷的嘗試，都獲得了不小的效益，這就使得現(xiàn)在對(duì)于風(fēng)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)各各流程的研究是勢(shì)在必行的，包括壓縮機(jī)的選用、管路以及各個(gè)工具的選擇等等。而在整個(gè)流程中，干燥器與油水分離器則是兩處重要內(nèi)容所在，對(duì)其進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算將會(huì)使效率提高到最大，這使得和其他相比能更容易達(dá)到預(yù)期目的，干燥器結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、干燥劑應(yīng)用多少以及油水分離器結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)都會(huì)影響其效益的大小，這也是設(shè)計(jì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的要求所在，就此，也是我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)車間風(fēng)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的原因。 關(guān)鍵詞：車間風(fēng)動(dòng)系統(tǒng) 干燥器 干燥劑 油水分離器
ABSTRACT:Workshop pneumatic tool system is an application more widely, more popular machine tool system, its existence to make the whole industry is simple, quick and convenient. Many domestic enterprises have tried to through the pneumatic system to improve efficiency, reduce labor and improve work efficiency, etc., through continuous attempts, however, are now reaping the benefits, this makes the apply now for the pneumatic system is the process of the research is imperative, including the selection of compressor, selection of pipe and various tools and so on. In the whole process, dryer and oil-water separator is two important content, design and calculation of the structure will make efficiency to the largest, which compared with other can more easily achieve expected purpose, structural design, desiccant dryer used much and oil-water separator structure design will affect the magnitude of the benefit, it is also the requirement of designing the whole system, the pneumatic system is also our design workshop.
