摘 要:現(xiàn)階段純電動汽車結構復雜造價昂貴且技術不夠成熟,而傳統(tǒng)的混合動力系統(tǒng)的汽車由于是輕度混合,對于燃油經濟性并沒有提高太多。基于上述原因,本設計提出了采用雙離合器式混合動力驅動的新型系統(tǒng)方案。該方案利用一個自動控制離合器實現(xiàn)發(fā)動機和電機的連接與斷開,從而自由切換驅動方式,一個手動離合器實現(xiàn)汽車的平穩(wěn)換擋,同時,電動機/發(fā)電機不僅僅只用于啟?;虻∷贍顟B(tài)下,而且還可以驅動汽車正常行駛,在發(fā)動機驅動狀態(tài)下電動機/發(fā)電機可以實現(xiàn)向蓄電池充電功能。由于采用電機與發(fā)動機的雙向供能,該混合動力系統(tǒng)能夠大大降低汽車在運行過程中的能耗,從而降低了汽車燃燒燃油排放有毒氣體對大氣的污染?,F(xiàn)在混合系統(tǒng)應用最多的就是城市公交車,所以本文針對城市公交的載重與車速通過計算選擇了適合其工作的發(fā)動機、電機、離合器、變速器,設計出了整個汽車的驅動系統(tǒng)。而且,通過校核該方案滿足對城市公交的要求。 關鍵詞:雙離合器 混合動力 節(jié)能減排
ABSTRACT:The present stage structures of pure electric vehicles are complex and expensive, and the technology is not mature enough. Also the traditional hybrid system because it is mild hybrid cars for fuel economy does not improve much. For these two reasons, this paper proposes a novel dual-clutch hybrid drive system solutions. The program uses an automatic clutch to control the engine when to start and stop, and a manual clutch is used to shift gears smoothly. While the motor/generator not just for start-stop or idle state, but also can drive normal driving, driving state of the engine the motor/generator to the battery charging function can be achieved. As a result of a two-way motor and the engine for energy, the hybrid system can greatly reduce vehicle energy consumption during operation, thereby reducing toxic gas emissions from fuel combustion automobile pollution of the atmosphere. Hybrid systems are now the most widely used is the city bus, so this paper by calculating the weight and speed of their work to choose a suitable engine, motor, clutch, transmission, designed the entire car's drive system.
