摘 要:本次設(shè)計主要從汽車懸架當(dāng)中的鋼板彈簧入手,去深入的了解并且自己動手去設(shè)計一個完整的鋼板彈簧懸架。自己查閱了不少關(guān)于汽車底盤設(shè)計的相關(guān)書籍,與指導(dǎo)老師探討設(shè)計以及計算的各個細(xì)節(jié),然后設(shè)計了一副完整的懸架,再經(jīng)過數(shù)次的修改,最終完成了了一個較為完善的懸架。首先對汽車鋼板彈簧的結(jié)構(gòu)方案進行論證,根據(jù)設(shè)計給定的四個參數(shù)對整車進行總體設(shè)計,包括整車的尺寸參數(shù)、質(zhì)量性能參數(shù)和性能參數(shù),在選擇這些參數(shù)的時候可以通過國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及相關(guān)的經(jīng)驗參數(shù)得到,最后對細(xì)節(jié)部分如卷耳形狀,彈簧片截面形狀等的最終確定。然后對選取的細(xì)節(jié)部分進行理論計算、驗算是否符合其工作強度要求并且最終確定其具體參數(shù),如曲率半徑,片厚.片寬.片數(shù)等,并且以此參數(shù)進行制圖。根據(jù)計算的參數(shù),再選取與之配合的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件。最后對組裝好的懸架系統(tǒng)對汽車的穩(wěn)定性的影響進行理論計算以及評估。經(jīng)過對細(xì)節(jié)的審核以及修改,最后對參照了重慶鋼板彈簧廠的工藝要求,根據(jù)自己設(shè)計的板簧的特點,編寫了工藝要求。板彈簧的制造是由一板材進行沖裁,卷耳,淬火,回火,噴丸等工藝過程得到個片板簧,再對加工好的板簧進行組裝而成。 關(guān)鍵詞:板彈簧懸架 結(jié)構(gòu)論證 參數(shù)確定 工藝要求
