摘 要:推鋼機(jī)是冶金軋鋼行業(yè)爐前進(jìn)料的主要設(shè)備，它的用途是將加熱爐爐前輥道上的鋼坯或爐前上料臺架上的鋼坯推入加熱爐進(jìn)行二次加熱。推鋼機(jī)的種類有很多分別是摩擦式推鋼機(jī)、液壓式推鋼機(jī)、螺旋式推鋼機(jī)、齒條式推鋼機(jī)、曲柄連桿式推鋼機(jī)。本文主要對推鋼機(jī)的方案選型進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)說明,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)作出了圖紙說明，強(qiáng)度計(jì)算進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的計(jì)算。 分析道本次設(shè)計(jì)需求推力較小，所以結(jié)合各個(gè)放啊本設(shè)計(jì)在推鋼機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)上主要采用了摩擦式的結(jié)構(gòu)形式.其次還介紹了在設(shè)計(jì)、制造、安裝和使用過程中應(yīng)注意的問題。 關(guān)鍵詞： 推鋼機(jī) 摩擦式 摩擦輥 推桿
