摘 要:橫移機是連鑄生產(chǎn)線上出坯系統(tǒng)的重要設備之一,它的正常運行與否,關系到整個連鑄生產(chǎn)的進行。本設計主要設計計算了機械傳動部分,采用雙輸出電機和兩臺減速器分別帶動兩傳動軸,整個鋼坯撥爪運行能保持較好的同步性。在橫移機傳動結(jié)構(gòu)上主要采用了齒輪齒條式傳動。該結(jié)構(gòu)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,傳遞功率高、壽命長、工作平穩(wěn)、可靠性高和維護方便等優(yōu)點。 關鍵詞: 橫移機 傳動部分 較好同步性 齒輪齒條
ABSTRACT:Steel moving machine is an important component in ejection system of continuous casting production line, because its normal operation is related to the entire continuous casting production. The issue mainly designs and calculates the mechanical transmission part, which puts a dual-output motor and two reducers into use to drive two transmission shafts respectively, ensuring the whole billet pusher dog can maintain good synchronicity relatively. Besides, rack and pinion drive is mainly applied in transmission structure of steel moving machine. The structure has numerous advantages such as simple structure, high transmitted power, long operating life, smooth operation, high reliability and easy maintenance.
