摘 要:推鋼機(jī)是軋鋼車間上料區(qū)主要設(shè)備之一，其作用是將加熱爐前輥道上的鋼坯或爐前上料臺架上的鋼坯推入加熱爐進(jìn)行加熱過程。推鋼機(jī)的種類分為齒條式推鋼機(jī)，液壓式推鋼機(jī)，螺旋式推鋼機(jī)，曲柄連桿式推鋼機(jī)。根據(jù)中小型軋鋼車間使用的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，一般推力在0.2MN以上時，一般采用齒條式推鋼機(jī)較適宜。因?yàn)辇X條式推鋼機(jī)傳動效率高，使用可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本文選用了機(jī)械式推鋼機(jī)，在推鋼機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)上主要采用了齒輪齒條的結(jié)構(gòu)形式，即采用齒條式推鋼機(jī)。主要對推鋼機(jī)進(jìn)行了方案選型、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、強(qiáng)度計(jì)算三個方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)說明。還介紹了在設(shè)計(jì)、制造、安裝和使用過程中應(yīng)注意的問題。 關(guān)鍵詞： 推鋼機(jī) 齒條式 推桿 齒輪齒條
ABSTRACT:Pushing steel-rolling workshop is based on one of the main equipments─Pusher-machine, and its role is to push the billet material which lies on the Roller or the bench before the furnace into the furnace for reheating process. Push the kinds of steel machine into rack type pushed steel machine, hydraulic type pushed steel machine, spiral pushed steel machine, crank connecting type pushed steel machine. According to the experience of steel rolling workshop use small, general thrust in more than 0.2 MN, use commonly rack type pushed steel machine is suitable. Because rack type pushed steel machine of high transmission efficiency, reliable operation, etc.The design chooses a mechanical pusher- machine,while the structure designed primarily for the use of ngth calculation．The rack type pusher designed by Chongqing Steel is in goodcondition．As well as the issues which should be paid attention to during the design ，manufthe gear and rack structure.
