摘要 為了解決日益嚴重的環(huán)境污染和能源危機的問題,開發(fā)了一種垂直軸風力發(fā)電機。由于原材料價格不斷上漲,小型風力發(fā)電機組生產(chǎn)成本,也不斷提高。所以,為了風力發(fā)電機的長遠可持續(xù)性發(fā)展,本設(shè)計主要設(shè)計的是小型垂直軸風力發(fā)電機組結(jié)構(gòu)。 在對中國各大地區(qū)風能分布量的了解調(diào)查之后,先對本次方案設(shè)計作出一個設(shè)計流程,然后對其總體結(jié)構(gòu)做一個概括性設(shè)計。其上部風葉的選材,風葉的翼型尺寸設(shè)計和發(fā)動機的計算選擇。 在本設(shè)計中,主要的研究設(shè)計對象是立桿的選材還有其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及其尺寸并且在其尺寸下進行水平風力載荷受力分析,把計算出來的結(jié)果進行安全性檢測計算,然后把各個方案的計算結(jié)果進行對比,統(tǒng)計,優(yōu)化設(shè)計。 關(guān)鍵詞:垂直軸風力發(fā)電機,翼型,立桿
