摘要:塑料模具越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用于當(dāng)今社會(huì)的各個(gè)方面,我們生活中的很多東西,如電腦、手機(jī)、飲料瓶、臺(tái)燈、電動(dòng)車、水盆、家用電器等都屬于模具產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)品,社會(huì)的發(fā)展離不開它,我們的吃穿住行同樣也離不開它。 在日常生活中,插座在家用電器的應(yīng)用中是必不可少的器具,然而由于插座處于電器樞紐的中心,常常會(huì)因超負(fù)荷使用、材料性能指標(biāo)低等原因而引發(fā)安全問題的發(fā)生,因而研究插座底座的加工工藝和模具設(shè)計(jì)有著重要的價(jià)值和意義。 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是以插座底座為研究對(duì)象,主要內(nèi)容包括以下幾個(gè)方面: (1) 從塑件的幾何形狀、結(jié)構(gòu)、尺寸精度、表面粗糙度、對(duì)插座底座加以分析,并確定塑件采用的材料。 (2) 確定注射機(jī)型號(hào)并對(duì)注射機(jī)參數(shù)進(jìn)行校核;通過確定型腔數(shù)目、型腔分布、型腔分型面設(shè)計(jì)確定塑件在模具中的位置。 (3) 介紹了澆注系統(tǒng)和冷卻系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)主流道、分流道、澆口、拉料桿、排氣系統(tǒng)從結(jié)構(gòu)形式、尺寸等方面進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì);分析導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)的功用,對(duì)導(dǎo)柱進(jìn)行選用;對(duì)模具有關(guān)尺寸進(jìn)行計(jì)算。 (4) 最后繪制完整的模具裝配總圖和主要的模具零件圖并對(duì)其工作過程加以分析。 本次設(shè)計(jì)中除使用傳統(tǒng)方法外,還應(yīng)用了CAD、UG等軟件進(jìn)行塑件分析和繪圖。在有限的時(shí)間里完成了插座底座的注塑模具設(shè)計(jì),并完成了重要零件圖和裝備圖的繪制,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計(jì)意圖。最后是對(duì)本設(shè)計(jì)的總結(jié),主要對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)過程回顧,以及本設(shè)計(jì)的創(chuàng)新和不足之處的總結(jié)。 關(guān)鍵詞:注塑模具;插座底座;注射機(jī);澆注系統(tǒng)
ABSTRACT:Plastic mold more and more widely used in various aspects of today's society, a lot of things in our lives, such as computers, mobile phones, bottles, lamps, electric cars, basins, household appliances and so on are the product of the mold industry, and Community not develop without it, our clothing, housing, also can not do without it. In daily life, the outlet in the application of household appliances is essential appliances outlet in the electrical center of the hub, however, often due to overload, low material performance reasons lead to security problems occur, thus study socket base processing and mold design has an important value and significance. The graduation project is the socket base for the study, the main contents include the following aspects: (1) From the plastic parts of the geometry, structure, dimensional accuracy, surface roughness, the socket base to analyze and determine the plastic parts of the materials used. (2) To determine the model of the injection molding machine and injection machine parameters for checking; by determining the cavity number, the cavity distribution cavity parting surface design to determine the location of the plastic parts in the mold. (3) The design of gating system and cooling system on main channel, the shunt, gate, pulling rod, exhaust system from the structure, size and other aspects of design; analyze the function of the guide mechanism, the guide pin selection; the mold size is calculated. (4) Finally, draw the complete mold assembly drawing and the main mold parts diagram. In addition to using traditional methods in the design, application software such as CAD, UG Injection mold design for a limited time to complete the socket base, and complete important parts diagrams and equipment mapping to achieve the desired design intent.
