摘要:為了減輕農(nóng)民的勞動強度,提高農(nóng)業(yè)作業(yè)的機械化程度,填補農(nóng)業(yè)機械的一項空白,針對玉米含水率高(將近30%左右),脫粒干凈、低破碎率和玉米芯完整等問題進行設(shè)計。主要研究玉米脫粒的方式、方法、玉米剝皮脫粒機的結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理,設(shè)計整體結(jié)構(gòu),并在此基礎(chǔ)上完成零部件的設(shè)計,并依據(jù)相關(guān)機械設(shè)計軟件來完成零部件的設(shè)計。本著從經(jīng)濟性和實用性的角度出發(fā),針對農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的需要設(shè)計出一種結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,工作效率高、能完成玉米剝皮和脫粒的的差速式免剝皮玉米脫粒機。 研究的主要內(nèi)容基本包括玉米剝皮脫粒機構(gòu)、裝置、電機的選擇、整機傳動方案的選擇計算。一般機械設(shè)計方法,多從總體方案開始,在總體方案中又首先從機構(gòu)的分析開始,確定方案后再進行必要的設(shè)計計算和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,最后以完成的設(shè)備圖紙和設(shè)計說明書作為整個設(shè)計計算的成果。在本課題的研究中,剝皮脫粒裝置由機蓋和兩輥筒組成,兩輥的轉(zhuǎn)向相同,在果穗與兩輥接觸部位的兩輥外緣處的兩切向力組成旋轉(zhuǎn)力矩,使果穗繞自身軸線旋轉(zhuǎn),螺旋葉片的設(shè)置使果穗產(chǎn)生過沿平行于輥軸的軸向運動,在此過程中,在兩輥旋轉(zhuǎn)力矩的作用下完成玉米果穗的剝皮脫粒作業(yè)。該機突破了以往以打擊式脫粒的傳統(tǒng)方式,采用差速原理,同步進行剝皮和脫粒作業(yè),實現(xiàn)了低沖擊、高效脫粒的效果,脫盡率高、破碎率低和玉米芯完好。 關(guān)鍵詞:差速;玉米;剝皮;脫粒;機械
