摘要:本設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)了一臺(tái)注塑模具來制造拇指訂書機(jī)上外殼。本文開篇對(duì)此次選題的意義進(jìn)行了闡述，然后根據(jù)對(duì)拇指訂書機(jī)上外殼的外觀觀察及相關(guān)尺寸的測(cè)量，進(jìn)行了材料的選擇，注塑機(jī)的選擇及后面的相關(guān)模具的設(shè)計(jì)。 第一章首先介紹了本設(shè)計(jì)的選題目的及意義，闡述了注塑模具的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，接有談到我國塑料模具產(chǎn)業(yè)的概況及應(yīng)用背景，最后構(gòu)想了注塑模具的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。 第二章是模具實(shí)體組件的設(shè)計(jì)及數(shù)據(jù)校核部分。根據(jù)對(duì)拇指訂書機(jī)的觀察及測(cè)量選定合理的材料，及相適應(yīng)的注塑機(jī)，并對(duì)其相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)校核，接著對(duì)模具的型腔布局及分型面進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。 第三章是是通過UG將之前的設(shè)計(jì)可視化，通過這章就能更直觀的了解此次設(shè)計(jì)。 第四章則是對(duì)本次設(shè)計(jì)的一些成果展示，包括裝備三維圖，零件三位圖等。 第五章，也是最后一章，這一章則是對(duì)本次設(shè)計(jì)一些總結(jié)，包括對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)中的不足之處和一些可取點(diǎn)。 關(guān)鍵詞：拇指訂書機(jī)上外殼；注塑模具；模架；注塑機(jī)
Abstract:This article design an injection mold to manufacture the shell on a thumb stapler. This article begins with the significance of the topics described, then the appearance of the shell on a thumb stapler observation and size measurement, material selection, the choice of the injection molding machine and the back of the mold design. The first chapter introduces the purpose and significance of the topics of this design, described the development of the injection mold, then talked about the profile and background of the plastic mold industry in China, the last idea of the development trend of the injection mold. The second chapter is part of the design of the mold the physical components and data check. Reasonable material, selected based on the observation and measurement of thumb stapler adapted to injection molding machine, and its related data checking, and then design the layout of the mold cavity and parting surface. The third chapter is by UG design visualization, this chapter can be more intuitive understanding of the design. The fourth chapter is to show some of the results of the design, equipped with three-dimensional map, part three maps. Chapter V, the final chapter, this chapter is conclusive on the design, including design inadequacies and some useful points.
