摘要:科學(xué)技術(shù)日益發(fā)展,我國模具工業(yè),尤其是對塑料模具提出了越來越高的要求,為了進(jìn)一步掌握注塑模具設(shè)計的原理與方法,培養(yǎng)一般塑料制品成型模具的設(shè)計能力,本文以諾基亞5250手機(jī)外殼為研究對象,從以下幾個方面對其進(jìn)行了注塑模具的設(shè)計。 (1) 從塑件的幾何形狀、結(jié)構(gòu)、尺寸精度、表面粗糙度、脫模斜度對手機(jī)外殼加于分析,確定塑件采用的材料;同時對材料的注射成型工藝、性能、主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)注射成型工藝參數(shù)加于分析。 (2) 通過對塑件體積、質(zhì)量的計算,確定注射機(jī)型號并對注射機(jī)參數(shù)進(jìn)行校核;通過確定型腔數(shù)目、型腔分布、型腔分型面設(shè)計確定塑件在模具中的位置。 (3) 介紹并根據(jù)澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計原則,對主流道、分流道、澆口、冷料穴及拉料桿、排氣系統(tǒng)從結(jié)構(gòu)形式、尺寸等方面進(jìn)行設(shè)計;對模具型芯、型腔的徑向尺寸、中心尺寸、側(cè)壁厚、底板厚等有關(guān)尺寸進(jìn)行計算。 (4) 通過計算塑件的體積和重量等數(shù)據(jù),選擇了注射模架并選取模架標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件;分析導(dǎo)向、定位機(jī)構(gòu)的功用,對導(dǎo)柱、導(dǎo)套進(jìn)行選用,形成系統(tǒng)的合模導(dǎo)導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu);計算脫模阻力,進(jìn)行脫模推出機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計;通過計算對溫度調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計。 (5) 繪制完整的模具裝配總圖和主要的模具零件圖并對其工作過程加以分析。 通過以上內(nèi)容的綜合設(shè)計可確保模具工作運(yùn)用可靠,保證了與其他部件的配合。在設(shè)計中除使用傳統(tǒng)方法外,應(yīng)用了CAD、UG等軟件進(jìn)行塑件分析和繪圖。本課題在有限的時間里圓滿完成了手機(jī)外殼的注塑模具設(shè)計,取得了比較滿意的效果,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計意圖。本課題對注塑模具設(shè)計的研究及發(fā)展有很好的利用價值。 關(guān)鍵詞:注塑模具;注射機(jī);澆注系統(tǒng);模架;CAD
Abstract:With the development of the Science and technology, mold industry in our country, especially for the plastic mold of the increasingly high demand, in order to further grasp the injection mold design principles and methods, training of ordinary plastic molding mold design, based on the Nokia5250mobile phone shell as the research object, from the following several aspects has carried on the injection mold design (1) From the plastic parts of the geometry, structure, size accuracy, surface roughness, mold release slope added to the cell phone case analysis to determine the material used in plastic parts; At the same time the material injection molding process, performance, major technical indicators plus injection molding process parameters for analysis. (5) Complete the mold assembly to draw general plan and the main mold parts map and analyze their work processes.
