摘要:我在做數(shù)學(xué)家教過(guò)程中,針對(duì)不同問題的學(xué)生我采取不同的方式來(lái)解決他們?cè)跀?shù)學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)中的問題。主要是通過(guò)開展數(shù)學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)，來(lái)提高學(xué)生的數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)興趣 ；引導(dǎo)學(xué)生透過(guò)表面現(xiàn)象，抓住問題的本質(zhì)，全方位，多角度地分析，研究和解決問題的能力 ；通過(guò)設(shè)置問題解答，強(qiáng)化學(xué)生對(duì)概念的理解,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生分析、探索問題的能力；通過(guò)尋找適合學(xué)生的數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)方法，提高學(xué)生的興趣及記憶力；通過(guò)解答數(shù)學(xué)例題的變式來(lái)提高學(xué)生觀察、分析、發(fā)現(xiàn)的能力，擴(kuò)寬學(xué)生的數(shù)學(xué)思維，激起學(xué)生的數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)興趣。 關(guān)鍵詞：數(shù)學(xué)家教 實(shí)踐 探索
【Abstract】: I am make in mathematics family education process, I adopts thedifferent way in view of the different question student to solve themin mathematics study question. 作為一個(gè)師范類院校師范專業(yè)培養(yǎng)出來(lái)的大學(xué)生，在校期間可適當(dāng)從事一些家教活動(dòng)，一方面可以解決日常的生活問題；另一方面，積累社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)鍛煉自己，為將來(lái)的工作奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。從大二開始，我一直在做家教，細(xì)細(xì)算來(lái)也有二十個(gè)了，這其中有小學(xué)的、初中的、高中的，也面對(duì)了不同性格的學(xué)生，學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)也層次不齊。我在其中扮演了不同的角色，做了多份數(shù)學(xué)家教后，我發(fā)現(xiàn)在數(shù)學(xué)家教中的學(xué)生普遍存在著很多問題，最常見的就是家長(zhǎng)與學(xué)生溝通不暢，學(xué)生沒有適合自己的數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)方法，數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)興趣不濃厚，沒有良好的日常生活習(xí)慣等。以上存在的問題都不同程度的影響學(xué)生的數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)，這就是我在做數(shù)學(xué)家教中首先要解決的問題；其次，要與學(xué)生做好合作伙伴。其實(shí)，在我們做家教的過(guò)程中，我們既是學(xué)生的老師又是學(xué)生的合作伙伴。在現(xiàn)代教育教學(xué)中，合作有改善教學(xué)系統(tǒng)中的社會(huì)心理氣氛，促進(jìn)人們非認(rèn)識(shí)品質(zhì)的發(fā)展，提升學(xué)生的批判性思維能力，提高學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)，提升教育教學(xué)的效能[1]。在這三年的數(shù)學(xué)家教實(shí)踐中，在與這些學(xué)生的合作過(guò)程中，我付出了知識(shí)與熱情，同時(shí)也收獲了甘甜，也有苦澀。本文結(jié)合數(shù)學(xué)家教的實(shí)踐，對(duì)數(shù)學(xué)家教中遇到的若干問題進(jìn)行一些探討。 |
