摘要:新教師特指剛剛踏上教師崗位1-3年,處于學(xué)生到教師的角色轉(zhuǎn)換過渡期的青年教師。新教師在教學(xué)技能以及教學(xué)常識上有所欠缺,物理新教師處于專業(yè)發(fā)展的初期,教學(xué)過程中總會遇到各種各樣的困難,若不能很好的解決這些困難,對新教師的職業(yè)發(fā)展有很大阻礙,以至于新教師無法成長為優(yōu)秀的教師,擔(dān)負起重任,甚至放棄教師職業(yè),這段時間我們也稱之為教師求生期。 通過對文獻的研讀、調(diào)查問卷、個案分析,總結(jié)歸納出新教師在最初幾年職業(yè)生涯中最為常見最為難以解決的困難,針對典型有代表性的困難給出合適的應(yīng)對策略。 要解決新教師的入職困惑,不僅需要教師自身的不懈努力,更需要的是學(xué)校以及社會各個方面的支持。 關(guān)鍵詞:物理教師 求生期 困難結(jié)構(gòu) 應(yīng)對策略
