摘要 隨著教育的不斷改革，教師教育逐步向著專業(yè)化、終生化和一體化的方向發(fā)展。搞好實(shí)踐教學(xué)是實(shí)現(xiàn)小學(xué)教育專業(yè)師范生專業(yè)化的關(guān)鍵。為培養(yǎng)具有專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)理論扎實(shí)、實(shí)踐動(dòng)手能力強(qiáng)，具有創(chuàng)新精神的應(yīng)用型人才，筆者結(jié)合四年大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷初步構(gòu)建全程實(shí)踐模式，通過全程化、系統(tǒng)化、多樣化的方式培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的實(shí)踐能力。通過全程實(shí)踐模式把教育實(shí)踐有機(jī)的納入課程體系中使兩者相互反饋、相互作用，從實(shí)踐的高度提高師范生的素質(zhì)與能力。 關(guān)鍵詞：小學(xué)教育專業(yè)；課程；全程實(shí)踐
