摘要:隨著社會的不斷進(jìn)步,特殊兒童教育問題日益引起人們的關(guān)注,隨班就讀是當(dāng)前對特殊兒童進(jìn)行教育的一種有效形式。然而,特殊兒童在隨班就讀過程中表現(xiàn)出諸多的課堂問題行為不僅不利于他們的學(xué)習(xí)和身心發(fā)展,也影響到整個班級教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高。文章以蒙自市某小學(xué)四年級學(xué)生??担ɑ槔?,分析??嫡n堂退縮行為產(chǎn)生的原因,提出相應(yīng)的矯正策略,希望對矯治隨班就讀特殊兒童的課堂退縮行為有所幫助。 關(guān)鍵詞: 特殊兒童;退縮行為;基本情況;原因;矯正
ABSTRACT:With the development of society, the special children's education problem increasingly cause the attention of people, along with the class is the special education to children in an effective way. However, in special children read along with the class to show the process many classroom problem behavior not conducive to their study and the physical and mental development, also affect the whole class the improvement of teaching quality .This article is taking the Fukang(alias) who is the fourth grade student in X primary school in Mengzi city as an example and anglicizing the reason of the classroom back behavior of Fukang, at the same time , put forward the corresponding correction strategy to help the special children who are learning in regular class to correcting their classroom back behavior. 退縮行為不利于兒童學(xué)習(xí)的進(jìn)步和身心的發(fā)展,要矯正這些行為,需要多方共同努力:首先學(xué)校必須把隨班就讀工作納入工作中心,關(guān)注到每個特殊兒童的發(fā)展,充分利用學(xué)校的有利資源為其發(fā)展創(chuàng)造良好的條件,加強(qiáng)教師特殊教育培訓(xùn),加強(qiáng)學(xué)校硬件,軟件設(shè)施建設(shè)等;其次教師在情感,態(tài)度,價值觀,教學(xué)目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、方法、評價等方面對特殊兒童的教育都應(yīng)具體到位、認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé);最后家長及其監(jiān)護(hù)人方面,應(yīng)該在對特殊兒童關(guān)愛的基礎(chǔ)上,加強(qiáng)自身的特殊教育知識和技能培訓(xùn),給特殊兒童創(chuàng)造和諧溫暖的家庭氛圍,讓特殊兒童在一個輕松愉悅的氛圍中不斷發(fā)展、不斷提高。本文通過對隨班就讀兒童??颠M(jìn)行課堂退縮行為的原因分析,在參考借鑒前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試提出相應(yīng)的對策,為隨班就讀課堂退縮行為的矯正提供借鑒。
